“We can say with some certainty that modern humans emerged in Africa a little over 200,000 years ago,” Dr Elhaik said.
The findings contradict a recent study – published in the American Journal of Human Genetics in February 2013 – which had claimed the human Y chromosome originated in a different species through interbreeding which dates Adam to be twice as old.
“In fact, their hypothesis creates a sort of space-time paradox whereby the most ancient individual belonging to Homo sapiens species has not yet been born. If we take the numerical results from previous studies seriously we can conclude that the past may be altered by the mother of Adam deciding not to conceive him in the future, thus, bringing a retroactive end to our species.”
“It is obvious that modern humans did not interbreed with hominins living over 500,000 years ago. It is also clear that there was no single Adam and Eve but rather groups of Adams and Eves living side by side and wandering together in our world.”
Dr Elhaik noted: “the question to what extend did our humans forbearers interbreed with their closest relatives is one of the hottest questions in anthropology that remains open.” So, we're all very distant family. BROTHERS!

So when they complain about cramps and are moody with me when they're on their period, I try and reason with em. They're in discomfort and are bleeding out of their vagina. I was really good friends with a teacher's aid in high school. He was in his 70s and a Vietnam war vet. He was an original hippy. Always talking about good and bad vibes, an optimist, didn't beat around the bush when it came time for him to actually teach us like all the brutal shit the government did to him (forced him to take drugs) and what his COs ordered him to do and what themselves did (order to surround village and open fire on it, killing many innocents and his COs raping women) He told us explicit details on his whole experience growing up.He was honest with us. Didn't sugarcoat anything. He unfortunately died from his long battle with some cancer. I'll never forget the day he died. It was on a facebook post saying he passed, my whole feed blew up asking the teachers if this was true, they confirmed it and I remember riding shotgun in me moms car headed towards my grandmas house. And reading these post thinking this was an awful joke and and thinking what if he actually did die..So when I came to terms with it and accepted the fact that this great man died a few moments ago I cried a little bit. Trying to hide my tears form my mom (im not a real emotional guy most of the time) so I quietly sobbed to myself in the car. He's the type of guy I'd like to become when I get old.
