Sweet, Ahsoka's legal now.

Also, it's weird that she still sounds the same.

Ehh, she was 17 when she left the Jedi Order. Her voice wouldn't have matured much, if at all.

Isn't this show shit?

No, unless you hate Star Wars.

All of the rumors I have read have proven true. I remember reading one about someone who salvaged Vader's helmet, and that the desert planet is not Tatooine, which Abrams confirmed today. It's called Jakku and has relics from the Galactic Civil War. Obviously something important is there to get the new Imperial Remnant's attention.

Rebels is supposed to lead some stuff into Ep. VII during season 2. I wonder if they visit Jakku at some point?

Really like the opening shot

That sense of scale
The cinematography is superb, even if the film flops with star wars fans I feel as if it'll be a quality film. Abrams's style suits Star Wars well, both of the Star Trek films felt so much less like ST and more like SW anyways-it's probably part of the reason they did well.

Star Trek isn't as much about the action as it is about the diplomacy, trying to talk things out.
Abrams' ST films were Star Wars ripoffs frankly. So much action in them.

I really don't see this. They're nothing alike. Just because a movie has action in space doesn't mean it's a Star Wars rip off. The new Star Trek films are their own breed of shit.
Have you ever watched the older Star Trek films?

Yes, but that doesn't have anything to do with the new films being like Star Wars. The new films are not like Star Wars at all, except for the fact there's space and lasers in them.

However, the new Star Trek films are an insult to the old movies and TV show. It's like if they took Star Wars, and turned the series into "The Housewives of Coruscant".
The style of the films is Star Wars-esque, the manner in which things are executed and presented veer off closer to SW than ST. The way they favour action and drama to exploration and discovery.

By that logic, Battlestar Galactica is Star Wars too. They are nothing alike besides "explosions in space".

After finishing The Clone Wars, Obi Wan Kenobi is now one of my favorite characters.

Kenobi has always been kind of a dick, but it really shines in The Clone Wars.

He's a dick, but a very likable dick.

Even though Anakin's life is a train wreck, he has an interesting character in The Clone Wars up to Return of the Jedi. Love his moments in the Darth Vader comics so far.

I wonder though. Actual gameplay or CGI? Or a Cutscene in game?
I guess we will find out tomorrow.

As a guy with consoles and shit PC, I hope DICE works to bring a great visual experience for everyone. They did good in BF4, not so good in Hardline though.

"waaahh people are doing something i don't like waaaaaahh"

"ban smoking because drugs are evil!"

yes, we all know that cigarettes are poison, but shaming people who have made the decision to smoke is absurd. if somebody wants to scratch off 20+ years from their life, they have every right to.

having to interact with so many close-minded, stuck up people on here is tiring.

EDIT: i should probably point out that i'm not arguing against the obvious health problems that come with cigarettes. honestly if you're going to smoke anything in this day and age it should at least be cannabis.

Yeah, and weighing 600 pounds is a bad life decision too that sheds years off your life. Are you saying we should stop telling them to lose weight?

I don't see why people are complaining that the Imperial equipment and such is really shiny. The Entire was always pretty clean looking in comparison to everythjgn else, it's what distinguishes them from a universe filled with worn and grimy equipment.

I have no issue with it being clean. However, Chrometroopers for Tie pilots and such look a little off, and we've really only seem them as Elite units. Just will take some getting used to.

Han Solo BITCH!

The style is drastically different

Yeah. Chewie looks like he just got back from the groomer (which maybe he did). Not bad for a 200 year old wookiee.

Well, they showed a new teaser as well. That was... weird. There was a melted Vader helmet, chrome troopers, crashed Star Destroyers, explosions, and Han and Chewie. Chewie looked like his Episode III version though, which was weird. Kinda looked like a bad fan made movie trailer with all the weird armor and stuff in it.

Guess it just has to grow on me.

dude shut the fuck up he doesn't know that; what mama don't know won't hurt her

Technically it's Maul's now.

I can't tell if Maul has it anymore, in the last few scenes of the comic Son of Dathomir it's not in his hand anymore, so I can't tell if it got knocked out of his hand or if they just forgot to draw the deactivated hilt in his hand.

Grievous doesn't seem to have it in his lightsaber collection in Episode III, so it's safe to assume maul still has it for now.
