 As of right now, developers are still getting used to the 8th generation consoles. They can't optimize for shit, and it will probably take some time for development to get better. This leads to unreliable FPS. Some games claim to be 60, but often drop to 40-50 in game when there's lots going on. Then there's just shitty games like AC:Unity that you're lucky to get 25 FPS in the first place. Until optimization for these new consoles get better, I'd rather have a game at a solid 30 FPS than an unreliable 40-60 fps experience. Of course, 60 FPS will be wanted over 30 FPS once optimization is fixed.

I don't see halo 2/3 arbiter wielding 2 swords
i'ma go with halo wars guy cuz he was cooler overall
He was brutal, and he was very VERY tall.
However he would also be cocky and play with his enemies.
If he had a cool head he'd be one of the greatest warriors of all time.
That Arbiter could have easily killed Forge.
And I hated how Ensemble made the Elites look and act like idiots in that cutscene.
The actual designs were good, but the way they acted was very inaccurate.
An Elite can match a Spartan II, yet in Halo Wars they get destroyed.
They can, but the average Elite is not as skilled and is more cocky than a Spartan. All the Elites that were attacking were minors(yes, supposedly Honor Guards, but really), they were scrubs of the highest caliber.
Meh, the Arbiter seemed dimwitted and cocky since the first mission. Wasn't a surprise he died because he played with his food too much.
Exactly. Remove those flaws, and you'd have an almost unstoppable Arbiter.
Same could be said for the Cyclops in the Odyssey. Alas, that's not how the story plays out.

With a group like that, it's hard to say one way or another. It's easier to just make the calls on the specific operations.
Generally I dislike Dossers quite a lot, this longstanding irritation is because of two things.
1. They kept ruining Badger's Strams in the summer a few years back
2. They keep on taking down stuff like XBL/PSN
It's annoying as fuck and it doesn't actually do anything.
True but DDOSers =/= Anonymous In fact, Lulsec and Lizard Squad were to ones who DDOSed XBL/PSN for past few years, of which both groups Anonymous worked with the FBI to help catch them.
