In KoTOR when Carth said hell I felt that was strongly out of place. Since this is Star Wars they should have created their own word for hell like you said they come up with their own versions.
The only "curse" words you really see in Star Wars (Canon Star Wars anyway) is "Damn". Everything else is usually "Blast it!" or some shit.

I would only support this if it went through a massive rework. That game was supposed to be a "smutty" Star Wars. There were constant butting of heads with the developers and Lucas over what was appropriate for the game. Too much cursing and gore was going to be in it, which Lucas did not want. Mainly because he didn't feel it was appropriate, but also because it conflicted with lore. Stormtroopers were apparently saying "Fuck" left and right, which felt out of place, especially since Star Wars is noted for replacing such slurs. You can see a little bit of this in the E3 trailer, with the partner using the word "bitch". Not a big deal, but out of place for Star Wars. A good example of this is in Star Wars Rebels, where one of the characters says "Karabast" a lot, which is the Star Wars equivalent to "fuck". Then Lucas wanted to scrap the entire story, and rebuild it up as Boba Fett's tale between III-VI. The game was about to be canned due to this, but then the Disney acquisition happened and it got canned anyway.

I would expect a reboot more to be honest. A new KoTor would canonise KoTor1/2 and TOR, which contradicts current canon. The new story team wouldn't allow that.

So it's been confirmed for a while now that Bioware is working on a new Star Wars game.
Will they play it safe and make KoToR 3/ KoToR reboot?
Or will they actually try something new?
I hope we get a bounty hunter/smuggler type game (lets be honest, the force user stuff is kind of overplayed by now), with Mass Effect 2's combat system. It gives you a nice open world type galaxy, and you can even buy and upgrade your own ship.
Maybe they could tack on a fun co-op multiplayer mode like they did with ME3.

I'm not going to lie.
That actually looks pretty good.
However, looks like Sprint and some sort of armor abilities are being added in. Supplementing standard equipment perhaps?
And it looks like the gun customization isn't cosmetic.
There are subvariants of all the rifles and sidearms that do more damage, shoot faster, or are more accurate.
Maybe AA's and equipment coexist here? After all, keyboards have more buttons for stuff.
