Honestly I'd lock the Serious board completely (temporarily) and see how serious discussion goes in The Flood.

Or it could just say "use common bloody sense or you'll get a warning".
it isn't hard to read that and realise what type is ok and what type isn't.

Well unfortunately not everything can be just pushed under "use common sense" because there are some people who simply do not understand that concept. You ever wonder why there are such large warning labels over the simplest items? Because some people, truly, are fucking stupid.
I know that, but only a few have had problems with those rules here and those are generally the users that are obviously going to pull the stupid shit. Psy basically posted the solution to the problem in his comment there anyway, I see no reason for him not to add that in right now.
