I mean...have you read this thread?
Urban dictionary to the rescue! Genre of softcore punk music that integrates unenthusiastic melodramatic 17 year olds who dont smile, high pitched overwrought lyrics and inaudible guitar rifts with tight wool sweaters, tighter jeans, itchy scarfs (even in the summer), ripped chucks with favorite bands signature, black square rimmed glasses, and ebony greasy unwashed hair that is required to cover at least 3/5 ths of the face at any angle.

Yes, this would apply to you too, sugartits.
From the looks of it, she doesn't have tits.
Disappointing, really.
>disappointing
What are you, gay?
If liking tits is gay, then slap my ass and call me Kupo.

I'm sure others would say "flat is justice", but I'm with you.

I either like the character and their designs, or animation. ugh god
i think you have the most out of anyone here not even gonna try to see them all
3/10 average
really just can't stand the anime shit, and it doesn't help that most of them have white backgrounds (and not transparent ones)
transparency is just the way to go
I used to about 32 or so, then I cut it down to 19. Some do have transparency, just not all and I don't have the tools to change that. Only the gifs are from anime, the rest are from a game, or fanart of said game. But sure, whatever floats your boat.

It's hard to get a feel for what's exactly wrong with your system, so start by doing this:
Do you use (a good) antivirus? Try a sweep. Is your C drive at capacity? Try running Disk Cleanup, and getting rid of unneeded files. Then try running Disk Defragmenter.
Then try the Check Disk command (open up the command prompt (press the start menu and look for "cmd.exe")): Type the commands "chkdsk /f C:", which will look through your C drive (assuming you have Windows installed on the C drive) and find/repair any disk errors. If you're using the disk at the time (which you should be, since your OS is on it), it should ask you if you'd like to have it checked when the system is restarted.
Try going into the task manager, with nothing else open, see how much CPU and RAM is being used. See what processes are taking up your computer (if the problem is related to a virus/rootkit, this step probably won't matter, since they'll be hidden processes)
The Check Disk is running right now. Everything else is usually in the clear, I make sure to keep my laptop clean and generally delete whatever I don't need. I'm going to scan it once again after this check is finished, then I think I'm calling it a night and tomorrow I'll take it to someone.

Tried safe mode?
Yeah. That works, but is really slow. Could be a virus. It isn't anywhere near old and shouldn't be having these problems. Get it looked at ASAP.
I've looked around and this seems to be a really common problem, altough there are lots of different reasons for it apparently.

It didn't do anything noticable unfortunately. I can't seem to find anything that does.

Have you turned it off and disconnected the battery?
Try defragging the hard drive as well.
Tried the first part. Haven't tried the second. I've never done that before.

I'm just going to say its probably age screwing with your computer, unless you downloaded something bad as of late.
I've downloaded nothing different than what I generally download, I'm sure of that.
Have you been tweaking with windows settings? Or anything of the like?
Nope.
<.< Well unless you went around looking your system which I'd highly advice against, unless you know what you're doing I'd say its more age than anything, and if you want to combat it, go to somewhere the laptop can be looked at and fixed. It'll cost money, but less than buying a new laptop.
I'll be doing that, I had a hope maybe someone here who knows about this stuff could confirm that it's fucked or what.

I have a laptop, that I got in late 2012, if age matters much. Just today when I turned it on windows explorer stopped responding and kept freaking out whenever I started up the PC. I can't do anything on it, even a system restore had no effect. Is there anyone that knows techy stuff able to help, or provide some info? Any help is greatly appreciated. Spoiler I need to step away for a bit, I'll be back to respond soon.

Rider's "IT'S A BIG NERD, IMMA HIT IT" and Caster's "I'M COMING FOR YOU GOD!, FUCK YOU CREATION!" lines tie for second. Berzerker's has to be first.
