Optional boss in Golden Sun, he gets 3 turns for every 1 you do and he's much stronger than the final boss.  As a turnbased game, this was so tense. This guy is an amazing boss battle, it really feels like the culmination of your journey and that everything hangs in the balance.

Hello yes I'd like to report a bug as well. Every now and then, a separate forum called 'Anarchy' will show up and for a weekend people will post beaten-to-death jokes and shock porn/gore, and some affluent user will get permabanned and then everyone will complain about how boring it was.
I didn't know if anyone noticed this but I thought I'd bring it to attention.

Frosting is a substance, "frosted" is a form of coating a food (not unlike "dusted"). Icing is a very thin layer of liquid sugar that typically solidifies to form a diabetic coating.
