If you cba to download it and stream it instead (e.g. using KODI and the SALTS plugin) or watch it online, thevideo.me has a 720p-ish stream of it.
Other streaming sources have what looks to be someone screen capturing from a phone and a crappy phone mic recording the audio, so I'd avoid those. 575

The Flood / Re: I'm conflicted on @yesyoureracist« on: August 15, 2017, 11:32:59 AM »Funny, how two sides fight one another by breaking the ToS of the site, but the one who responded back was censored and punished, while the instigator gets off scott-free and is also getting Patreon payments to continue doing it. If the internet (and the large companies who own swathes of it) want to keep it a place for relatively free discussion, selectively cracking down on people who break the rules isn't the way to go about it.That seems like a pretty grave simplification of the situation though. I skimmed through almost two months of the @yesyoureracist guy's Twitter and haven't seen a single post of his where he did anything more than name people clearly identifiable in public marches. That's very different from doxxing an anonymous person on the internet and list (as I've seen on /pol/ and their twitter accounts) phone numbers, addresses, facebook accounts, employment details and information of the personal lives of the guy himself, his wife, his parents and his boss. You can't in good faith pretend they're the same and say there's no difference between naming someone on a picture taken in public and leaking all of their information with the clear intent that people harass them. That's a fair point, I can't say I had seen anything from /pol/ nor knew what they were doing. I'm merely talking from this smaller perspective, of one guy on Twitter naming people from a picture and then one guy identifying him in response. It doesn't acquit any of them for what they've done however. Sure, naming some face in a protest doesn't do much on it's own, but then as Ian pointed out it doesn't mean it's going to be left at that by anyone else, especially when it's the mobs looking for some "justice/revenge" to dish out. There's already several articles circulating around of one son beingdisowned by his father, and another being forced to resign from his measly hotdog job (they both mention in the article you posted, iirc). With the whole "punch a Nazi" message the more radical antifa are pushing, there's nothing stopping them from going further with it if they wish. It doesn't matter if they actually do go through with violence, it's the fact that they easily can which makes it worrying. A mentality of "I wasn't doing anything bad, I just released the name that happened to get him fired/punched/etc" is ignorant. It doesn't matter if the guy getting hit is a Nazi, communists, whatever the fuck, it makes protesting about anything in the future more risky. 578
The Flood / Re: I'm conflicted on @yesyoureracist« on: August 15, 2017, 09:34:40 AM »Biggest issue is that people very often get these things wrong. And it just chucks more fuel to the fire, if this is to be believed: Quote ...And the person behind @YesYoureRacist — who could not be reached for comment — was the target of an apparent doxxing by another Twitter user, who posted what appeared to be phone numbers and other personal information. Twitter deleted that tweet and suspended the account. Funny, how two sides fight one another by breaking the ToS of the site, but the one who responded back was censored and punished, while the instigator gets off scott-free and is also getting Patreon payments to continue doing it. If the internet (and the large companies who own swathes of it) want to keep it a place for relatively free discussion, selectively cracking down on people who break the rules isn't the way to go about it. It doesn't matter which side is "good" or "bad" (though tbh I think neither are anywhere near the former), it sets a precedent as well as all the other recent terminations of service based largely on the outbursts of "the masses" - a vocal bunch that just follow along with whatever the new fad outrage is. We get what we see now, mob mentalities on either side that have completely gone past the original cause for the anger and just resort to name calling, witch hunts, and then the occasional bystander's life being ruined in the process. People need to contribute to their local community and chill out, not stay at home and shout at people on the internet. 580

The Flood / Re: Game of Thrones Episode 5« on: August 14, 2017, 12:27:47 PM »
It was a bit boring.
>Bend or Burn the knee >Cersei incest and giving no fucks about impending doom continues >Justice Team of the North, Assemble! >Arya following Littlefinger's mumbling Irish accent from a distance, or leaning behind a wall. I thought it was odd that Bron was able to drag Jamie coated in lead weights across ~200m of lake underwater to "safety", and still have enough air to continue a run-of-the-mill non-chalant conversation about the dragon and getting paid. And still, the dragon could'a just leapfrogged over the lake and finished em off before heading over to turn some prisoners to ashes. 582

The Flood / Re: Who here has done anal?« on: August 09, 2017, 08:18:38 PM »
I haven't myself. But I know a certain Hungarian housemate who did...
I'll try and remember what he told me about the experience; Quote "I was fucking this girl back in Hungary, she was a nasty bitch (nasty as in like, sexy-nasty), and while I was fucking her doggystyle she was moaning, she asked me to put it in her ass. I was crazy fucking horny so I was like 'yeah, ok'. She was an an ass-virgin, her ass was tight as fuck while I was trying to put it in, and it took a while to put all of my dick in her." (wildly exaggerated claims at this point). TLDR; He fucked someone in the arse not prepared for being fucked in the arse, and got diarrhoea shit on his dick. Sounds pretty fucking messy to me. 586

Serious / Re: Poland to instate different retirement ages for both males and females« on: August 08, 2017, 10:32:42 AM »
Oh man, just wait until the government realise that'll drain their coffers by adding those extra pension years. I thinks it's a stupid idea anyway, since there's plenty of white collar jobs that don't have preferential genders and yet women have 7 extra years of life expectancy.
They could've balanced it by high-intensity and low-intensity (e.g. Mining & Logging vs Office work and Servicing), but then I suppose that would just create an inequality in the opposite direction. We can't have that, can we? 589

The Flood / Re: Should we arm teachers and professors?« on: August 07, 2017, 04:38:56 PM »
Terrible idea.
Adding more weapons to the area will only increase the chance of a shooting, be it accidental, teacher-gone-postal, or just an assailant getting the drop on an armed teacher and making use of it. If they're all armed, why bother with the hassle of getting one in the building when you can just take theirs? 591
The Flood / Re: Who technically owns the land you are on?« on: August 04, 2017, 09:18:52 AM »
Apparently my family own the land where my property is, but the Crown owns the river, and anything valuable if it was extracted beneath my property.
What a bullshit system. If a karst system makes a sinkhole on my land or breaks my house, I'm responsible for damages. But if that hole exposed gold, oil, coal or some other expensive minerals, it's the governments property, and I still am responsible for the hole. Bastards. 592

Headbutted a concrete windowsill when I was 6 or 7ish by accident, cut to the bone of my left eyebrow. The most permanent I have however are cat bites, got some feint scars on both of my lower thumbs becasue my cat was a dick. 597
The Flood / Re: My computer screens do this weird thing spontaneously.« on: July 30, 2017, 09:53:41 PM »
Some monitors have an "economy" setting which changes the screen brightness and "temperature" at times when it thinks you aren't using it.
Alternatively, check if you have any third party programs or the specific website for a "Night-mode" setting - sometimes it's automatic, but I've never heard of one that changes the colour rather than the brightness. 598
