Constantly delayed. Now there's been no real mention of them since, other the occasional "There coming soon!"

Reddit constantly bugs R* about it though.

This place is weird as it is, and we all are anyway so I wouldn't be bothered by it.
Muted, reported, offended, spammed, blocked, friended.

*maniacal laughter*

The Flood / Re: Who contributed the most to WWII?
« on: October 16, 2014, 10:25:00 AM »
By numbers of men, equipment or a combination?

Germany, honestly. Best technology, training (at the start of the war), reasonable numbers of soldiers, and so on. Only problem was their production rates and resource base which let them down once production in America and Russia stepped up a few gears.

But if you're going by Allies, it was the Russians. Most men sent to die, regardless of how much resources they actually had at the beginning of the war, and by the end were sending hundreds of tanks out of factories by the minute.

No.

Why do I need a thread for people to ask me questions when they could just ask me anyway at any point before?

It gives people more chance to think of questions?
And less chance to derail a thread or seem weird by PM'ing you a personal question.

This place is weird as it is, and we all are anyway so I wouldn't be bothered by it.

Wait a minute, I thought we hadn't quite figured out nuclear fusion yet. How is it powering warships?

Spoiler
Fusion's the one that has an above 100% efficiency, right?

Unless anyone's in Cardiff in the lesser gentrified areas, no.

You a Cardiff supporter I assume

Hell no, it's just I live there and doubt anyone else does.

I'm a very disconnected person. Introverted perhaps, though those personality tests don't really pin me to that.

Not on the autistic/asperger's spectrum of things but certainly anti-social. I get by with little jokes on everyday things, but I'm not really a talkative person and am perfectly happy to get by silently. I'm certain my friends are my friends because they find my slight disconnection a quirk, when really I'm just odd.

Serious / Re: How plausible is this statement?
« on: October 15, 2014, 06:39:14 AM »
It seems highly unlikely. Sure there's life out there in space somewhere, but it sure ain't been around this back-end part of space, and I find it even further unlikely that given the timescale we're working with that extraterrestrial life has gone much further than exploring their own "local" area.

And even if this were true, how would they know? Even if there monitoring & communication equipment were capable of travelling at the speed of light, it would still take an awful fuckton of time for them to know, and by the time they get here we're already gone.

Serious / Re: How would you kill yourself?
« on: October 15, 2014, 06:33:01 AM »
I wouldn't. In a situation that meant certain death, I'd choose that to see what it's like, because I'd find it more... "interesting"...than just bleeding out or shooting myself in the head.

Essentially I'd cower over the thought of suicide, and would rather someone else/natural processes do it for me.

Serious / Re: Marriage
« on: October 14, 2014, 05:19:43 PM »
I'd find it odd if anyone married at 20 or below, it seems too soon to have a long-lasting relationship unless the couple started going out around 13 (and even that's a bit "eurgh" to me).

But what do I know, I sure as hell ain't married, or experienced a good relationship worthy of marriage so early, maybe the rare few do and are lucky.

The Flood / Re: What kind of haircut do you have?
« on: October 14, 2014, 02:49:47 AM »
Nothing. I let my hair grow until it's long and curly at the edges, then cut it off until it's quite short again.

I was never really bothered about the style of it so long as it wasn't in my eyes, though I may have to do something about that soon...

I should be a translator.

OT: Someone else must've known you've stolen fags before, so as long as you haven't, someone's set you up. Siblings, Dad...your nan perhaps?

Just a warning, season 2 is slow as hell and really boring. But then it picks up after that and there's a shit-ton of shooting and explosions. Oh and I swear the gore amped-up after season 2.

Would you participate in an orgy where there is only one person of the opposite sex and about four or five of the same sex?

Quoting for safety.

Uhhh....No.

5480
So what happens now?

Would lighting it solve anything? Can you pump it? What?

I'M SO FECKING SERIOUS RIGHT NOW.

YouTube

Not really. The fact I posted this video should be show you how serious I'm not, though I can rise to it when needed.

*Edit: Unrelated to this, we still have censoring? I thought we sorted out the Ad providers now.

Gaming / Re: Do you talk online?
« on: October 12, 2014, 03:42:53 PM »
Sometimes.

If it's just kids and one 40 year old Bristolian doley, and a bunch of chavs from London than I keep it off.

If it's nice people around my age I turn it on, but I don't talk very much unless it's with friends in a private party.

« on: October 12, 2014, 03:32:42 PM »
We also have dirty, dirty communists, an alien and several fox-people. No seriously

Now that you realise this, you realise no-one's actually serious about anything here, including racism (otherwise it would've been gone already).

Serious / Re: Have you discovered what you want to do with your life?

Serious / Re: Do you think Buddhism is really a religion?
« on: October 09, 2014, 03:24:25 PM »
It seems like a sort of life-style choice.

No deity (or mention of afterlife IIRC), and the general rules are to relax and be nice to everyone and everything.

If I were to choose a religion (although we're discussing if it actually is), it would probably be this one.

Monster Raving Looney Party with Screaming Lord Such.

Duh.

I wonder what she considers "offensive".

Supporting a gay rights movement? Separation of Church and State? Would calling her an idiot keep me out of jail while calling her a fucktard land in me there?

I mean seriously. People would be arrested left right and center if that came to fruition, because all the people of nervous dispositions and PC's would be claiming to be offended over someone pointing at them.
