If you really want to take over all of Europe use some kind of deception, like try some kind of international banking union, underpinned by a unified currency and monetary policy. From which naturally a unified fiscal policy would later follow, and then to full on federalism. The de-facto leader of this union would be the European country with the strongest economy, of course, and that would almost certainly be Germany, especially if Britain tries to not get too involved.

False. Who's the arbiter that decides whether a culture is superior or inferior? They themselves should decide whether to uphold or put aside parts, or all of their culture.

True, sorta. We have good values, but good culture is debatable, as we're pretty bland at that.
