We have tonnes of other channels to pass information along if it came to be.
Youtube, B.Net Group, the group Skype chat, and the odd few have each other on Facebook so they could organise us up in the meantime.
That is, if such an unlikely situation were to occur, which I doubt.
I had no damn clue we had any of these damn things. You see, this is why having a thread like this would help a fuck ton. If not to save the site, but to expand it.
Yeah, to be fair I was in the dark for the odd few of those until recently.

Would anyone be opposed to taking the text from the floodian timeline and making a page for it on our wiki?
As long as you source the original timeline for the info somewhere, you should be good.

I'd want a guarantee that I'm not being destroyed and my life has ended, while in NZ they are essentially cloning me with my past me's memory.
Otherwise...no, one of you adventurers can go first.

I think there's the two most likely scenarios:
I) You got honeypotted into giving work. II) She genuinely needed the work and she asked you. No further dwelling on the matter required.
But... if you actually want to make something out of it and take a chance, ask her (directly) did it help or something along the lines of that like what part they got stuck on or whatever, then it should naturally go on from there. Or not.

Those "treatments" sound more like the old aversion therapies...that were essentially torture.
Then again if people are willingly going to these in the hopes of being "converted" (without force or coercion), then I don't know what to say. If someone really wanted to change their sexuality, there has to be a less spiritual, jesus-loving, scientific/clinical way of doing it that than just putting electrodes on your balls.

Mini Golden Retriever.
Why not a normal one though?

Yes, but IIRC it requires you to do something along the lines of pushing your diaphragm/lower rib area with something like a table, while your hands do something else.
I have it an SAS survival book but I haven't got it with me. Just google it.

...the feck's a Lychee?
But anywho, I love pineapples. Great for eating, using as a mixture in drinks or getting rid of fingerprints!
*Ahem* I mean...nothing. But it is an oddly interesting tidbit about pineapples.

I'm drinking Guinness right now.
Atm these two country fight threads are like watching two mutual friends fight, so I'm laughing at both.

The SDP and SP. I don't entirely agree with everything from either party, but they seem a better choice than the rest.

Maybe the Army should just return them.
...by driving them through the Congress building.

Uh...hello? ^^
Well I'm currently drinking Guinness to be fair.

Google is better
"Watch X film/TV online"
One jillion results.
And one jillion free viruses
Adblock and "internet common sense" FTW.
That still doesn't prevent it entirely.
I dunno about that. 3 years, no viruses. Simply don't click the retarded looking "download here" ads, and scan before and after a subseptible file.

Only RDR provoked a reaction, and it was just: "Shit, "

I can agree with that.
Makes sense why my crazy roommate would leave stuff everywhere and be completely retarded.
You could seriously get away with calling her stupid and she wouldn't even notice. WHEN SOBER.

Oh would you look at that. France has their rallies, and David Cameron tries to rationalise an increase in security, in the form of giving more powers to the intelligence services.
And once again, Cleggy has opposed it...sort of.
Good France (so far...), Bad Britain.

No.
I think he's a stand up guy when he isn't moaning about the mods, but if he wants a goodbye, he can create his goodbye thread himself.

My life is pretty good.
Don't have to worry about money every week like the last two years, and on my way to getting a degree in geology.
So yeah, life's good, on set to be better.

I agree. Also, The World's End is the best movie of the Cornetto Trilogy.
The World's End = Shaun of the Dead = Hot Fuzz Fact.

ITT: The Offsite bitterness stage.
We're here because either we didn't want to be there, or because some/all of our interesting/friendly/funny/good members left to here.
Now that Raptor's here every-so-often, I have literally no reason at all to go at B.net, unless something arises there that is worthy of looking or laughing at.

I wouldn't mind just some more Halo ones tbh, maybe mixtures of other ranks to form a unique rank.
e.g. "Contested" for someone who isn't a new member (>250 posts?) but has no upvote/downvote rank (differentiates between newbies, members, and members that have been here for aaaaages).
"King of the Hill" if you're on the front page of postcount and Heroic+ ("good" members), while "King of the Shitpile" if you are on the frontpage but have a downvote rank (excessive shitposters, spammers, that sorta thing).
"Flammable" for those who have a high ratio of hot threads.
"Circlejerk supreme" for those with a high like-to-post ratio
"Golden /Not-so-Golden Oldie" Legendary+/ (the downvote ranks-) members who have been here for X amount of years. Obviously no-one would have it now as we haven't even been here for a year.
If we're doing game ranks, I generally oppose pokemon or military ranks... fictional military ones are fine, e.g. Elite's ranks or the later Halo Reach ranks like Nova and Inheritor, or Brotherhood of Steel ranks like Initiate, Scribe, Knight, Paladin, etc...

It seems almost counterproductive, though I find imagining a room and putting stuff in it fun for some reason.

I don't organise my memory at all; it probably explains why I can recall useless pieces of information but forget names and specific words from time to time.
I'd love an explanation of those "mind palaces" and other memory techniques. They sound great but it seems like you need a certain mind for it.

I love the engine noise...it just sounds evil with a sound like that.
