Just live in Wales for 3 years man. The Welsh Government Learning grant paid off 2/3 of my tuition fees, so I'll only have to pay £9000 at the end of three years. (This is despite identifying myself and being an Irish person...)
The English Parliament fucked you up good. Scotland subsidizes the full wack, and the Welsh Assembly pays off most of it, while the governent expects only 40% of the actual loans in total to be repaid before it's wiped after 30 years, which is less than what they got with the old system. England (and Britain in general) really shot itself in the foot over education, and it's fucking hilarious.

I should have A or O blood, I think.
Strange that after having a blood test, they never gave me the results.

This happens all the time.
I'm now surprised when Devs actually fulfill promises made at E3/tech demos, though I rarely see that from any AAA games (though CoD fulfills it's promises...by being the same, so it's not that great).
I know.
I haven't been excited for a game for a long time.
Abd this is why I barely care about gaming journalism and reviews...if their source is biased and some of the reviewers themselves are biased, there is no way to tell if a game is going to be decent until after release.

Probably the same reason we haven't done anything already for other things, like the invasion of Cyprus in the 70's
My Uncle hates Turkey with a passion because of this.

Spoiler Fallout NV was the successor, and therefore is just better by default, what with ironsights, perk improvements, higher level cap, longer and multipathed story, etc, etc.
But... Fallout 3 is the one I love more, play more, and enjoy more. It's got more "stuff" in it, even if DC is pretty much a Famous-landmark-and-Metro-simulator. There's far more undiscovered locations, each with either a comedic touch (The Feral Ghoul who loves plungers under an overpass), depressing (the radio tower broadcasts, like the one with the injured boy, or the secret chinese outpost) or just rewarding (The Keller Tapes and the Quest for the Holy MIRV).
I hate when people go "But it's been 200 years, DC wouldn't be a wasteland, New Vegas is more realistic". What a load o' shite. DC got hit by several nukes, as shown by the damage done to the Pentagon, White House, and several military installations, whereas New Vegas got off relatively scott-free because of House's fucking laser defence system, and yet still New Vegas is somehow fucked up anyway to a lesser extent. If anything, Fallout 3 shows a truer representation of what the series was advertised as, a post-apocalyptic scenario, not a retro-futuristic western with casinos.
That said, I concede that Fallout 3 falls on some accounts. Story is pretty much going to be the same, with your only choice being help the White Knights of the Brotherhood of Steel, or get shot at and looked-on with contempt by the yucky Outcasts and Enclave, or get battered around by the stupid green hulks. Oh, and Little Lamplight. God I hate that place, full of fucking kids who evict everyone past 16 yet still exist after 200 years...I'd rather now dwell on that. Quality post my friend. I really wanna play some FO3 again simply for the metro's. They handled that so well in that game.
I'm going through a more complete run on my laptop now, and other than the odd crash and acquiring myself with PC controls, I'm finding it far more enjoyable. I've had a quick gander at New Vegas as well (Thanks again, Angry Brute), but I've yet to get into the thick of the fun yet there. One quick thing I'd forgotten to mention is also the initial quests. In the beginning of NV, the sidequests follow along the main questline and they just seem like filler, e.g. The Sheriff of Primm and Rocket Ghouls at Novac... I would like to go a different direction at the beginning, but you can't bypass the Radscorpions, Deathclaws and the (stingy dragonfly things...those bastards) surrounding Goodsprings. It's almost as if they improved from Fallout 3 by making it less linear in the beginning (Fallout 3's entire storyline keeps in you in the south of the map with only a brief stint in Raven Rock), but your "choice" is follow the same path or die (although it is far more spread around the map as a whole).

Then ease off with the "I'm really serious guys, stop it" posts and threads. In theory that would work, but in practice, it does the complete opposite, 'specially here because we're like that. Honestly the best thing you can do if you're mad about something is to stop saying you are, and say nothing. Buuut...everyone knows how you react now, so it'll happen anyway. Best thing you can do is stop making these threads so it isn't a memo for people to harass/tease you, and so that people who don't really care won't get pissed off at you for complaining publicly to the point of attention whoring.

It doesn't look like there was any graphical improvements (yet, though if they've announced this then I assume it's already too late for that), more like a simple port-over.

I'm not sure on this.
I've an Irish passport, but I've lived in Wales long enough to qualify for a bunch of stuff which seems to imply citizenship.

Didn't another country try to pull this shit nearer to the start of the crisis? I swear I've heard this before.
Greece has played the wwII Reparations card before, so it could be them you're thinking of.

Compared with the total BME population in the UK at 17%.
Greens and UKIP may be bad in that regard, but really all of them need to step up this figure.

Some musical talent.
My family is not exactly steeped in a long line of musicians, and I think that'll continue.

It's true.
A life of mediocrity or "just adequate" isn't what you should be aiming for. If more people thought like that and acted on it (instead of just spouting it and remaining in their couch), then I think the world would be better.
And in regards for drugs and alcohol...you don't need them, but assuming you aren't unstable, trying a few wouldn't kill you.

Would you mind posting/paraphrasing their responses afterwards (assuming they aren't just the party lines or political buzzwords)?
As for question ideas...Does the rise in popularity of outliers (Greens/UKIP) show a change in public opinion, and should the major parties modify their policies to accomodate this (change in voter demographic/voter opinion) or remain constant throughout?
