PS4 took me a full hour to download and install a 1GB Bloodborne update. On the Xbox One, I just downloaded and installed a full 800 MB system update in 15 minutes and am now wrapping up a 6 GB Shadow of War update at 5MB/s in under 20 minutes. What is this? Does the PS4 just suck when it comes to downloading like the PS3 did or is there something else going on here?

multi-gig updates take no more than 10-20 minutes for me on ps4, and my internet is decent at best
Strange. It doesn't seem to be just me though. A quick google search gives me several results on how the Xbox network speed and downloads are supposedly faster than the PS4. But yeah, it is surprising that the PS4 was that slow so there probably was some kind of issue. I'll report back next time I download something on it. :/

According to some rigorous testing, it's because the PS4's receive window is proportionally smaller compared to that of whatever your bandwidth speeds are, like a truck delivering packages to a warehouse but to pass them through a doorway at the end. Using a local proxy setup for your PS4 to use while downloading can remedy the issue like so (Source1); It can also be a result of being shunted onto a slower server which isn't the most optimal for you, which can be also remedied by finding out which server gives you the best speeds, and forcing your local proxy going ONLY through that server to download. This has a disadvantage as if the server turns off, the proxy won't automatically swap over and you now have no download unless you input manually the next best server address (Source2). Meh, Playstation controllers are fine after the teething period if you've been using Xbox controllers for ages.
I got LoU Remastered Ed. from a friend's reccomendation and it's pretty good. DOOM is good but it's probably better on PC, and Deus Ex MD is my only other reccomendation because I don't have many games for it.

It's good but... - Felt like it had way too much humor/light heartedness throughout the film. Spoiler E.g. Drunken gambler feeding coins into BB-8, "Reach out, feel the force" *tickles hand with some grass*, "Hi, can I get Comm. Hugs on the line? I'll hold", Rey pissing off the island natives, etc. Serious parts where it's supposed to develop a character arc or show how fucked the Rebels are, and it goes off-note from whatever the scene was about.
- Who the fuck is Snoke? Or Capt. Phasma? Spoiler is was, I mean. All-powerful sith bloke who appeared from somewhere and promptly dies. Sure it develops Kylo Ren, but to me it's like he just had another tantrum and killed a Stormtrooper - No big goal or motive from Snoke other than wipe out the Rebels (as always).
Phasma (lol who the fuck came up with that name) disappears off again with a short amount of screentime and still little story surrounding her, other than being Finn's old CO. Hell I don't recall Finn having that much screentime either for that matter. Ah well, Phasma's dead, but with that chrome gear and total mystery backstory, she'll likely pop back up with some face scar or something.
The little cute animals were alright. I always thought the Porgs were added on since the irl location (Skellig Michael) has a puffin colony and they too make some weird fucking noises. Spoiler That ending shot with the Force using kid felt tacked on purely to set him up in a later film. Ugh.
Spoiler I immediately thought "there walks yet another Darth Vader in the making".

NASA has been offered increased funding before but has declined it because it wouldn't help them right now. A lot of the problems are to do with beauracracy and NASA's mandate being changed every 4-8 years.
