Serious / Re: What do you intend to gain from discussions?
« on: October 13, 2015, 02:18:49 AM »
I like to understand how people got to their opinion on something. It's more interesting when the viewpoint is extreme; Verby does this a lot. There aren't many things I'll defend 100% unless it's a proven fact, so rarely does anything I bring up turn into an argument/battering of soapboxes together.

Wha..

How about no.

I will experience true nothingness.

Well, actually, I won't. That's the thing about nothing. Without sense or anything alive to actually comprehend what feeling nothing is like, I won't feel it.

I will feel the heart attack or whatever it is that kills me though, and I know that's going to suck.

Serious / Re: How rare do you think intelligent life is in space?
« on: October 12, 2015, 07:29:39 PM »
Very fucking rare, if at all. Depends on your set definition of intelligent. Anything bordering Dolphins, Crows, Octopuses and then our silly bunch of Homos), I'd say is such a rarity that no two intelligent species a the same time from different planets anywhere in the Galaxy, let alone the Universe, could ever realise the existence of the other past staring at the sky and thinking if it were possible.

Simple celled life I reasonably believe is abundant, I mean within our own Solar System we have 1 definite (us), 1 likely that passed us a few billion years ago (Mars), and one that has a decent chance of supporting it (Jupiter's Moon, Titan or Io, IIRC).

But seriously, I just listen to music and exclude myself from the world every so often. Not straight out recluse, but everyone needs to take a break.

Verbatim ending pineapples, left, right and centre.

Deci's rage-outs. A shame he didn't get the joke himself.

...

Don't really have others that come to mind.

Despite my burning hatred for EA and DICE for their butchering of Battlefield, it may be one of the two games I get for the PS4...when I get that, too.

Hope you survive Battlefront when it comes out.
I've only seen the cool shit from that game in GIF form so far, but how's it holding up otherwise?

Any wacky shit ala Battlefield recurring?
>Infinite ammo (Basically instead of finding ammo, it has a cooldown system, no ammo)
>No classes
>Orbital Strike is a power up
>Wanna ride Vehicles? LOL too bad, your gonna find a power up for vehicles, better then finding a vehicle to ride right?
>Wanna Ride a AT-AT? Sure, but the game is going to do it for you, and addition to that we're going to give you 1 minute to ride it.
>Vehicles are shit to ride

This should be enough to explain the whole game. Basically they thought making it a COD clone would be a good idea.
Well, that's cancelled any plans of buying it. I'll stick to Fallout 4.

Still tho, 30 more mins and i'll be out like a light

Are these pills anything like the 'ludes from Wolf of Wallstreet?

I'm half imagining you slurring and in the cerebral-palsy stage like Leonardo Di Caprio.

Just finished the wedding episode in GoT (SE3E9, in case there's more of them).

Holy fuck, man.
Was that the red or the purple one?
Uhh, the one with Rob's Uncle and "the Frey Girl" at the Twins bridge and with most of the surviving Starks in attendance.

Well...
at the time.

This truly is a place that holds up to "you have no right to be offended". If people can't handle the shit here, it's their own problem.

That said, newbies should be brought up to speed on this. They need to know shit gets flung around here and that most of it isn't to be taken seriously.

Sure sneaky tactics should be rewarded but equally there shouldn't be that level of spawnrape going on, at least not from the back.

Teamwork-sneaky-spawnrape should be allowed to go on, just like having a SOFLAM/Javelin/Support guy on top of the Caspian Border Radio Tower was great on either side (though better on the Russian side, until they nerfed it).

Used to rage at PS1 games when I was young, and after failing to win a demolition derby game I remember carefully ejectung the game, placing it in it's case... and then hammering the shit out of my PS1.

I didn't handle losing very well, particularly when the game mechanics were impossible to beat. Nowadays I just turn off my game and switch to something else with no fuss.

Father doesn't have internet to see, Brother would laugh at memes as always and my Mother would scold me, but she would no matter what I did.

And my Grandad would like everything individually and ask me how I'm doing in uni like he always does.

Actually lose friends and family? I doubt it. No one has time to trudge through all the shit I post.
