Having a Hungarian perspective on this is quite interesting, I'll ask my housemate later and come back to this. EDIT: Told him about it and he just just did a big hearty Hungarian laugh. No fucks given it seems... Not really sure how this will go as I'm reasonably sure Hungary (and elsewhere in the EU) don't have any duty of care to the asylum seekers/refugees/migrants until they are inside the country, and seeing as Hungary built a border fence surrounding Croatia and Serbia I doubt a lot got in. Even Bulgaria, Slovenia and Austria have fences now to stem the flow of refugees aiming towards Western Europe and I haven't heard much mention for those. Here, this is where I got most of my info from (the explanation for Eastern Europe and the law around the 16:30 mark)

This is just how poisonous Islam and other religions are.
Ah, you're pushing this agenda. Ok.

-Can fit into tanks so it's more roomy/comfy (at the cost of being in a steel coffin that if attacked will result in a horrible death... unless it's an Abrams, o'course).
-Healthier (in theory) because your stride is shorter, meaning you walk more than a taller person to the same distance.

I'd treat you just the same as I have, provided other than your religious beliefs you were virtually the same.
I have a hard time believing that.
All of you would behave differently towards me. I would have leeway to say things more conservative members wouldn't get away with saying.
How so? You say something that's bullshit, I'd call it out. I don't care if someone's retarded, rich, poor, black or white or anything else that could be used as an "excuse" to think something, if it's bullshit that I know for certain is bullshit, I'll call them out on it.

Borderlands 1 and 2 were amazing, and I thoroughly enjoy the art style and design of the series.

Going to visit my Cypriot relatives in London after Christmas then spending new years in the French Alps.
Returning home to map landslides. Lovely.

Please, for the love of god, learn what isostasy is and why what you're suggesting is not only retarded, but impossible.

I use GIMP for all of my artwork, abominations and avatars/titlebars.
Works pretty good when you know how to use it, but then again I'd probably say the same after using photoshop for a while.
But jesus $199 annual subscription? I'd pirate it until I learned to use it proficiently and actually have a career needing it at least before spending that much.

The reason for the disappearance of a squadron of Wildcats over the Bermuda Triangle. It's not some mystical spooky place where things just vanish, so I wanna know why they crashed and where.
Also, whether or not there is any form of life elsewhere in the Universe, and what's it look like. Too bad I'll be long dead before we find out... or we will be extinct and just never know.

I try and get things done as soon as the pressure starts hitting me...that's around a week after I get the work. I work on it a bit, stop, enjoy another week, do it again.
Normally I finish things a week or two ahead of deadlines, though I don't really plan it, I just see what needs to done and set up the groundwork (e.g. gathering sources, having a general idea of what the hell I'm supposed to be doing), and then do it until I'm happy with what I've done so far (usually 2-3 hours, more if I get into it).

Around 4-5.
Read Animal Farm (though it's more of a leaflet than a book), read through the english translated Metro series and currently reading about the Pacific War and another about Ireland's "neutral" role in WWII.

Finished my last assessment today, had two yesterday looking at Sedimentary thin sections and describing structural deformation in rocks. Today was just Igneous thins sections and some graph work. Got no exams for Christmas/December, just a 2 month GIS assignment and all the exams piled up in Summer. I can't wait

-Mixed lemonade with porridge oats to see what it tasted like (Note: Not too bad, at the time) -Crushed bees and collected them in a puddle until one of them stung me. Also used to play a few odd games with my friends from Ireland: -Put rocks in the road and wait for a car or a truck to run them over. These got incrementally bigger as the game went on. (Now that I think about it, that was really a bad thing to do...) -Built forts out of wood and then threw stones at the other team from the fort. -Arms folded, running into each other full speed to see which one gets knocked over. This wasn't limited to just the boys either. -Played sword games with polystyrene found off an abandoned building site... on the building site. -Pushing each other down a steep road on one of these (and I was at the age where I could barely fit in): Ended up hitting the pavement ("curb") and fracturing my wrist on this one. There's a few others but I'd rather not mention them. I was a little bastard, fair play, don't know why I'm so restrained nowadays.

A yank housemate last year kept saying cheers instead of what she normally said because I used to say it a lot. Also Feck.
Did not suit her accent, at all. Now I try not to use it... well, Cheers, at least.

good, what gives one country the right to bomb another one without a declaration of war?
The fact that we're not bombing Syria, were bombing terrorists in Syria that have attacked and killed us.
Because civilian casualties never happen at all, right?(just fiddle with the graph). But anyway, it would be interesting to see this overlain on top of a map of which party owns which district... I'm willing to bet most of the other "Against" areas are Labour/Lib Dem/Independents (ignoring the SNP).

Beer: Cobra or Leffe. Stout: Guinness! Any and all variants Ale: Why, GUINNESS Ale of course Gin: Gordons Dry Gin. Wine: Whatever, so long as it's red and over 12.5%. Cheapest preferred. Spirits: Tequila, Jose Cuervo or Sierra. Don't like Rum, Whiskey, and have an aversion to Vodka for perfectly good reasons. Misc: Homemade Bulgarian Rakia and some sort of Wine they have that's ridiculously strong, and some weird lemon-tasting...stuff... called Hooch.

"Turn this record ovah, you ain't heard nuthin' yet
I'd have to say BF3. They ruined a perfectly good classical intro with... electric noises.
Then, just when you thought it could get no worse:
Eh, I liked em...and its still better than...
At first I liked the BF3 one, but then after listening to BF4's one I realised it was just a more jumped-up version of it, which also sucked. I mean, going from this: or this... To "BRRRRD BRRRRRD BA DUMT DUMT BRRRRRRD BRRRRRD BA DUMT DUMT"

I don't use the radio in Fallout, either--just for this song.
It's not funny. It's just stupid. I hate Roy Brown's voice.

Makes sense from a health standpoint.
Why go to hospital to get treated for something and get second-hand smoke damage in the process? It is a tad harsh though putting otherwise perfectly good Nurses and Doctors to waste, it would be more convenient to just make a smokers area a small distance away from the hospital grounds (and away from any patients in/out areas)

Fracturing my wrist was pretty bad, from what I remember. Had to sleep on the couch because I used to be top bunk, and I used to fidget a lot in my sleep so I'd constantly wake up at ungodly hours in pain after rolling onto my cast.
Close second would be having two injections in the roof of my mouth for localised anesthetic while they removed some teeth so they'd move around a bit when I got braces. That was a shitty 18th birthday present.

False colour of Pluto at 80km

Self-taken shot of Giant's Causeway, NI.

Pros and cons of what?! It cut off right at the good part.
...of where I live. Giving out to people who look at my current house when it goes back up for renting again.

2001 made no sense at the end.
After watching it recently I couldn't understand why it has a such a fanbase in the first place.
