For myself, as I count as a Welsh Citizen (living in Wales for 9 years) so fortunately I have 2/3 subsidised by the Welsh Government, which get it's funding from...England. I will owe £9,000 for the degree, and an extra ~£12,000 through loans to support myself in that time. Totalling £21,000 give-or-take I've got relatively lightly. How it works in Britain is completely ridiculous. Wales and Scotland partially or fully fund their tertiary education programs with the money originally sourced from England by and large (although technically, Wales puts more into the coffers than it gets out, but I digress). Meanwhile, my parents went through different systems with my Dad getting education free in the UK under an EU subsidy because at the time, being Irish classed you as an EU international student (sorta like the Erasmus programs, but don't cost £12k). There isn't even talk about loans to support yourself throughout their study, most could receive bursaries. I reckon it's something to do with the fact that under the new system, only 45% of the loans given out is expected to be paid back (compared to the previous system where it was around 50%, and further back it was just free). Why not scrap the free money they give out to the lower incomes so they can reclaim a "larger 45%" in loans? Granted, I think how the system currently doles out money needs some adjustment, but scrapping them altogether is going to royally fuck up those who already have an uphill struggle. Meanwhile in Finland, people were protesting that non-EU students would have to pay fees for their degree there (the story is old but the best I could find about it - there have been more protests since). Hell, my Finnish roommate was talking about how there were protests about the government scrapping free second degrees after you completed your first one. Spoiler Okay, just about grumped out now.

(At least, there's no mention for Wales. Scotland is devolved enough to be unaffected by this vote) The IndependentThis also applies to English students studying in the next acedemic year rather than just new students, and English Students in Wales (and I assume Scotland), despite the fact that Welsh MP's couldn't vote on the matter because of some "English votes for English things" legislation: Cardiff SU's stance on the matter. So Brits, specifically English, how much debt personally have you got/will have for going to University? Record to beat is £52,000 from my roommate studying History here. Appreciated also would be how US students handle the costs of their tuition at home, as IIRC you don't have a student finance system to soften the blow.

I might be able to, but it starts at 11pm GMT so I won't be very long.
Oh I see. Would you prefer if I change the time then?
Nah keep it as-is for now and see who else wants to play instead of revolving around me.

Watching these again reminded me how good the visuals and music was.
Nothing else though, the 60fps was only noticeable and actually worth watching in a small fraction of that video.

U N I B R O W N I B R O W
Holy fuck I didn't notice that. Explains everything now.

Can I choose myself?
I put up tonnes of shit on various places where I'm pretty sure I will never be fully able to remove. Plus I've forgotten some other ones.
At least then I can start afresh with more privacy in mind.

That is sad as fuck.
Minecraft doesn't lend itself to anything sexual, so clearly the hopeful viewers are insane.

Serious could have some famous historical political and scientific figures (with the odd Donald Trump, Hitler or some retard to spice it up a bit) Or a picture of the Revolutionary War, seeing as how most american topics (especially about your guns) seems to be UK/EU vs USA every time. Example AExample B

Both sides are arseholes, but both deserve to exist (The states, I mean. The parties ruling both need a huge change). Only a two state solution is feasible for any lasting peace, but neither side atm want that.
That said, I hold Israel to a higher standard because they aren't run by a group of terrorists (unlike Gaza, not entirely certain for West Bank's Fatah leadership), so them doing their "door knocking", use of questionable weapons, building of illegal settlements and discrimination towards muslim arabs within their own country is more abhorrent.
Hamas are fear-mongering cowardly fucks, but terrorists are gonna terror. It sucks for the civilians on either side, but Palestinians are more fucked because Hamas aren't doing anything for them, Israel isn't doing anything for them, nor is anyone else. I'm surprised the 400,000 that left for Lebanon since the '67 war didn't move, what with the Syrian refugee crisis making it far easier to cross into Europe.

Local newspaper Svenska Dagbadet reported it had seen the letter, which it said outlined how officers should now notify the public of crimes. So the descriptions are still in-house (now that would be retarded, how the fuck would police find anyone without some basic descriptors), but this is a stupid move regardless. Expect public help to be basically null in regards to these crimes, which I don't expect to be huge anyway but could be the decider in the odd case or two.

Question
Is the hydra available in SP? with the DLC and the like obviously
IIRC, no. All the heist DLC stuff is restricted to MP-only.

this should be pinned.
It's better not, imo. That way it will appear on the front page when it's needed, not all the time (when folks will ignore it). So, mods, DON'T PIN THIS PLS.

Going back to topic, I'm not quite sure what you're getting at.
Shitty connections, drop-outs and loading screens I understand, but wow, a game revolving about violent crime and car theft and people are actually doing that to other people online? No surprises there.

I wish military aircraft had some kind of countermeasure system. I just like to fly around in my hydra without some arsehole using a homing launcher on me.
You can just do wide circling barrel rolls, works in all planes reliable 'cept the crop duster. Helicopters are a bit more problematic...

I dont understand
Are they in a containment camp or something?
Appears that the father/older guy is an apocalypse prepper and lives in his bunker with his kids(?), ruling with an iron fist. Then I guess the events of Cloverfield happened, the girl got stir crazy and tried to leave. I hope that isn't the sole premise of the movie, movies set in only a few scenes needs really good acting and/or lots of actors, and I can't say for sure they have either yet. Or, it's a good trailer that is keeping everything under wraps, like trailers should.

I think it's ridiculous, but I suppose if it's a viable source of income then it's not totally stupid.
How many e-sport competitors actually make a livable wage off it? Wonder if it's more than sporty-types trying to become the next Olympic medalist.
