The Flood / Re: I just finished a thirty page project, ama

What was it on? Can we read it?

Yeah, page count means shit when the thing is chock-full of diagrams or maps. I've had two reports on geophysical surveys being 18 and 12 pages respectively, only to have a 1,500/1,000 wordcount (ignoring the abuse of citations to cover the topic).

I don't think about it.

Thinking ahead into the far future is just depressing, man.

Where are you?

I know some are nearby, and have traded with Psy once, but never met any.

Cardiff, Wales.

You aren't striving for sex, you're looking for a meaningful relationship with someone who loves you who isn't your mother, but deluded into thinking just the sex part will solve it all.

Literally whoring out otherwise.

ITT: public works are somehow inherently Socialist now.
Uh, yeah. If everyone benefits/can benefit from it, and it's paid for by the government.

Huh, maybe the Nazi's weren't so fascist what with the Reichsautobahn. Good to hear they had some redeeming qualities about them.

People notice more. Especially if it's quite radical, I end up having a fringe nearly reaching my eyes to a sharp short 'n' smart haircut, people definitely notice.

Gaming / Re: Fallout Megathread - Wasteland Workshop Coming 12th April
« on: April 10, 2016, 04:10:13 PM »
Settlements has been my major time-sink in Fallout 4, so this workshop stuff will benefit me greatly.

Only problems I have are with size restrictions. I can't build a junk fence around the whole of Sanctuary, and make use of every empty foundation after you clear them, and make use of every remaining house still standing. Why make it so the building area large in the first place then?

If you drop weapons and armour then scrap them in the workshop mode, it will count as deleting objects in the 'budget' meter. Do it regularly and you can pretty much build only limited by supplies and frame rate.

I am going to abuse the shit outta this. Thanks!

I've smoked a bit that made me lose balance and feel a bit sick, but nothing trippy.

I just chill out more normally.

When I was a kid I used to eat those stringy cheese sticks like that. I didn't get why people liked them until someone showed me you're supposed to rip bits off.

Still tasted horrible though.

I'll see a tunnel and a light at the end as my brain slowly loses oxygen flow.

By this point I probably won't be feeling very much, or thinking much either. Probably "Ah fuck, that life thing wasn't all bad", as I slip into an endless sleep.

It'll be like falling asleep... you don't remember the time you fell asleep, you just did. That's not too worrying a thought for me, although it kinda does put your life in a tiny perspective when the 'forgetting part' will be my whole life.

Green Tea tastes awful, and it's weakly tasting at that.

Get me some English Breakfast, Earl Grey, or Lapsang Souchong any day. Or fuck it, coffee.

Oh good god there's so many to do...

I'll update it all eventually.

Planned this thread at a bad time, really. Revision season's got me busy.

I will actually do a few today though.

Bitch, you're on the damn list.

Windows 95 or 98, one of those with the old Classic layout.

I think I ended up crashing by giving it a virus, lol.

The abscence of coersion or restriction.

"Gosh darn it, I'm not free enough because I'm restricted from killing people"
I guess taxes would fall under 'coersion', seeing as it's enforced by laws and an entire government agency behind it if someone refused to pay.

Spoiler
I'm not taking the piss here, do these counteract "Freedom" even if it's for a generally good cause?

I'd cut open my Tauntaun and shove you in it for warmth.

But seriously, I'd drag your delirious ass to shelter if possible and then call up mountain rescue. Assuming I'm kitted out for the cold, I'd have a flask of coffee, and I'd make you fucking drink it.

Revision music bump.

Also FYI, PlugDJ is dead again so I've removed the link. The PlugDJ > Dubtrack playlist exporter still works so make use of it while your cookies of PlugDJ are still on your computer!

Which is nearly all the time.

Before that, they'd stolen beer.

Reminds me, there were this homeless guy in the centre of Cardiff seeling crates of beers for a fiver...

4. Scold husband for missing a dose and ensure him it'll all be fixed by just going outside
But you can't, it's poison.

Tasteless jokes aside, how does that voice-in-your-head thing work? While in the video it's got one for each gender depending on the viewer, but can it actually be multiple voices and from entirely different people?
