Reminds me, I should really look up the Irish Irish National Anthem.
They only teach the English one in schools and it's sorta unique to have two to chose from.

Spiders aren't bad. A bit grotesque, but I've never been bothered by them. Probably unfazed due to being closely around them (or more them being close to me).
Walking into webs is fucking annoying though.

Operation Locker.
Literally the only good map on BF4.
Not as good as Operation Meatgrin- Metro, I mean. Hands-down best map in competitive gaming history. Ok seriously though, BF3/4's less linear maps were a lot better with the 5-flag setups, like Caspian Border and Gulf of Oman (although originally that's from BF2). World at War also had some decent ones, but through symmetry which doesn't really feel natural. Seelow Heights and many of the larger tank supported maps weren't so one sided, although there would be some contended hot spots and camping areas.

Lol the Gunners are completely backstoryless. Other than the immediate history of them (some terminals with some inter-mail conversations and basic reports of the surrounding area, pretty shallow stuff), they have about as much story and lore as Talon Company... speaking of which, where the fuck did they go. At least they had their own sets of armour.
The only "goldmine" of information about themselves is at Quincy ruins, where they mention the short battle between the original minutemen in terminals (Preston gives better detail if you ask), and another talking about how one named Gunner, Tessa, was a raider originally.
It's a shame really. They could've developed more about them (not just have you kill some more as part of MacCready's story), or just had Talon Company return considering they operate north of them.

Meh, whatever. It's not my choice, so why should I try to force it like some drug-pusher?
People with a "I'm better than you because... x" is a completely different thing altogether, and applies to anybody with any belief.

Obviously my furry homoerotic one is the best ever
Don't really get the whole beastiality thing going on with hyper sexualised anthropomorphic animals, but there was some effort (and I suppose passion) involved behind making it... for some reason. 3.

Mr. O'Connell, primary teacher when I was in 2nd or 3rd Class (around 6-7 y/o).
He would rageout and scare the shit outta the class for small inconsequential things. Never actually punish anyone, just shout your ears off.
Liked teaching through enforcement. I learned how to write r's correctly and slowly because I used to write fast and they came out as v's. One lesson bringing me up to the blackboard in front of everyone and shouting me to tears after writing out my r's fixed that.

I haven't even got a full license yet, cars are expensive to maintain, particularly when your only source of income is a government university loan.
I'd be happy with an Austin Mini Cooper or a Morris Minor to putter around in.

It's funny to watch reddit hives decide who to blame.
/r/Fallout blames Sony unoquivically /r/PS4 initially blames Bethesda and wonders why they didn't accept some restrictive terms to allow mods, until some smart folk pointed out mods would have been useless if they were (rumours of a 900MB limit compared to XB1's 2GB,soon to be increased).
As for myself, it's a meh point. It wasn't a factor on buying it for PS4, but I'm disappointed how it's been promised for so long only to be left in limbo for a year and then scrapped. You'd think they'd have it organised ready by release rather than announcing it and then working the details out later.

Well, I kept half of them, and sorta re-arranged the others.
Meh.

Jeans or combats, some t shirt with either some band stuff or designs on it, and a hoody if I'm cold.

That was actually interesting to watch, plus it was only 3 minutes of talking.
If it was 3 minutes of a picture with no sound, THAT would be boring.

tbh all you're doing in this dlc is exploring each area while enemies get spammed at you
pretty tedious dlc so far
The best part about it so far is that they finally brought in the AK assault rifle platform
Now I don't have to use that big ass ugly normal Assault Rifle one anymore.
You can get a legendary one for free from Mason (King Furry) by doing all the negative responses whilst introducing yourself. Increase in damage with every concurrent hit, very OP. 2 accurate clips to the body kills a Mirelurk Queen.

Windows 8.1 is alright with Classic Shell to bring back a (customisable) start button menu.
A shame they moved some shit around from Windows 7, I always have to google where a certain rarely used setting is because 8.1 decides to hide them from me.
Windows 7 is still my favourite.

Shawshank Redemption was the first one that came to mind.
Also Saving Private Ryan and Bladerunner (which almost always seems to be on particularly late anyway).
Father Ted is one to stay up for too, although episodic, Channel 4 seems to air them in doubles.

I don't remember when it was exactly, but once the Metal Gear, Fallout and Halo 5 threads popped up Gaming just completely stopped dead in its tracks overnight.
Exactly. I used to go to gaming once in a while but when the only active threads are megathreads and you're 20 pages behind, you don't really feel like posting.
And on the contrary, I post more in megathreads because the random junk I have doesn't fit in a new thread or in someone else's about whatever they did. Just because posts are collated more into one area means there's any less activity than previously.

The Goliath G front machine gun is akin to the AC130 30mm cannon. Me and a mate have been taking turns bombing, and then turning sideways so the gunner can destroy houses and horses alike.
On the downside, it's very disorientating trying to focus on a target only for the whole plane to move around and then having your perspective flipped. At least we've got the post-machinegun-sync weapons for planes rather than the early "give the pilot a revolver and show the enemy a good what-for" method.

-Runs a failing delivery service -Fails to provide for his relative (other than giving a job at said failing business) -"Crew expendable, your package isn't" literal motto. -Created sentient robots that eventually contributed to a global warming crisis -Fucked up a mission to destroy a garbage asteroid that nearly destroyed New New York -The list goes on... His come-uppance? Nearly being erased from existence, only to reset the timeline (and I presume destined to repeat the same mistakes). I suppose Zapp Branigan also gets a mention.

They're absolute bollocks.
BF4's system was bareable because you could grind it out by getting kills rather than pay money, but then the RNG factor fucked it over.
If you wanted the perfect set of attachments for your gun (functional, not aesthetic pieces like camo), you were at the mercy of the battlepack's dice rolls where you could unlock the target detector (as it says on the tin, pretty fuckin' OP compounded by the fact it was a seperate DLC item), or you could get an x8 scope... for a shotgun...that you haven't unlocked yet.
Same goes for the shortcut bundles they sold, so you didn't even have to play to unlock weapons or vehicle attachments... why bother playing if you didn't have the time to unlock it through effort?
Even Microtransactions in non-f2p games I think are money grubbing, let alone adding a gambling take on it.

Actualy had a good go on it today.
The medic class is OP again as it has been since BF3. Cei-Rigotti-whatever is soooo good. Also had a fun time re-enacting a desert version of the churchtower sniping from Saving Private Ryan by taking the SMLE and shooting turks on the flag below from the rocks. Flamethrower is fun but slow and kinda shit on Sinai with it's long range engagements. I love the smell of roasted roaches in the morning.

In other post-apocalyptic news, 4A Games is doing things. (Check the monitor at your 4 o'clock; it's a panoramic photo) Fallout: Cheeki Breeki edition when?

-BBC via phone -Independent or Guardian newspaper, occasionally. -Channel 4 news at 7 -RT, whenever my Hun housemate shows me something from there "to get the bullshit from the other side"
Channel 4 has a news program?
You've never heard of the original Jon Snow? Your roommate is from an extinct multi-ethnic tribal confederation that attacked and looted the Western and Eastern Roman Empires?
More of from a pre-fall of communist bloc country that occasionally pissed off the modern Western world, and is currently tear-gassing the mass influx refugees to Europe. Hungarian.

Haven't played yet, but have watched my brother trampling turks and cutting down cavalry on a horse whilst shouting: "HUSSOOOOOOR!" Roleplaying as Flashman has become a reality.
Other notes:
-Mondragon is OP semi-auto in a world of bolt actions (despite that gun being designed for mexicans who then failed to pay up) .
-Bayonet charging is an excellent retreat tactic if you need to run away fast
-(F?) flag is useless. Who the fuck at DICE thought putting a flag in bumfuck sandland would diversify the 2x3 flag layout in the main area?
-Horse jousting with bolt action rifles is a gentleman's sport, and hilarious to watch.
-Plane combat looks fantastic, though can take an age to take down an enemy and shooting spotted infantry is virtually non existent.
-Not sure about PC, but it looks amazing on PS4. Bomb craters, glistening sand, fully enterable (and mostly destructible) buildings, rock formations. Clearly Star Wars Battlefront was just a tech demo.

Conflicts of interest.
Just look at the EU. What's good for the collective isn't necessarily good for the individual. I'm not personally against it...until it fucks me over.
Unlikely that there'd ever be some sort of Star Trek-type government running the whole Earth through peace and equality, more likely you'd have one country just take over everywhere else and erase previous ideals and culture with their own.

How do I use console commands if we are, fam?
Where do I go to activate the Communist Invasion termination program?
Find a brick, a bottle, a gnome and a radio that hum when you touch them.
