I've struggled with beating every Souls game after DaS1. Not out of difficulty, but I either start to dislike the game after a point (DaS2) or the atmosphere creeps me out too much (Bloodborne).

Probably should try digging my heels in and trying anyway, but it would just be a chore at that point.

Play Bloodborne with someone. Helps ease the tension. Fisting pigs also provides some release.
I don't mean that it creeps me out in a 2spoopy way, I just hate looking at spiders. They're just revolting.

Queelag doesn't put me off for some reason, though. The hairy legs make me shiver, but the face isn't duper spidery.

I imagine amygdala might be a problem

Spoiler
That's when I stopped playing.

The ones that don't attack are even creepier.

Just close your eyes and run, it's k.

You're forgetting resident evil 7. Best looking RE game since 4, I'm getting super hype off the teasers.
I'm glad they're finally taking a risk and going back to the origins of the game, but it just feels more like a PT sequel than it does a Resident Evil game. I feel like they just slapped the name Resident Evil on it at the end, basically.

Still looks far better than the abomination known as RE6 though.

It's the pt sequel we want, but not the one we deserve.

I'm not sure, I feel like each year got progressively worse overall. This year in particular was awful because all we got was Dark Souls III and a shitload of remasters (like, way more than usual). I think that will change with 2017 (except for the remasters, they're gonna keep milking that cow), we have some good stuff coming our way. I'm mainly excited for Mass Effect: Andromeda and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. I'm still waiting for the trailer for the next Assassin's Creed because there have been a few rumors about the setting that are appealing to me, and the fact that they took 2016 off to add an extra year of development in their cycle is reassuring...I think. Halo 6 will probably come out at the end of 2017 as well, which I'll probably get for the story, if nothing else. I'm sure Rockstar will keep releasing stuff for GTA Online (which me and my friends still enjoy). There's probably some weeab exclusives coming out on the PS4 that people are super pumped for, idk.

EDIT: We may get a trailer for whatever project Rocksteady is working on, now that the Arkham series is concluded. Although, I think that's being a little optimistic.

According to Ellis in My Life, his friends were much amused at his being considered an expert on sex. Some knew that he suffered from impotence until the age of 60. He then discovered that he could become aroused by the sight of a woman urinating. Ellis named this "undinism".

"The superficially sympathetic man flings a coin to the beggar; the more deeply sympathetic man builds an almshouse for him so he need no longer beg; but perhaps the most radically sympathetic of all is the man who arranges that the beggar shall not be born."

This was by far the hardest Souls/Borne boss I have ever fought

It's so funny to me how people experience the game differently. That boss is seriously cake. As soon as you figure out how to parry him you can run through him.

This motherfucker made me seriously consider suicide. I actually stopped playing the game for three months because of him.

Morrowind: dice-roll combat that made it almost impossible to hit until you leveled the skill until around 30.

Morrowind's numerous game crashing bugs. I still haven't beat it because my save files kept deleting themselves.

Weird, I never ran into any real glitches on the Xbox version.

Three separate times it corrupted my game files.

While on the topic of Bloodborne and fucked up, I have to mention this asshole. He has a ranged attack that can phase through walls. Why the fuck.

Easiest boss once you get the counter down. Literally run through that dude.

I get really squeamish when I see childbirth-related and bloody stuff in games so the first time I saw this in Bloodborne I felt very uncomfortable.

Bloodborne really seems like it tries too hard to get that edge in.

Like, apparently you can pick up umbilical cords as items? WOAH THAT'S SO METAL xDDD

The whole game is centered around the birth of a God. It's pretty heavy on the baby shit. Super good tho.

The Flood / Re: My nephew has been cross-dressing lately.
« on: November 04, 2016, 10:21:58 AM »
You must have missed the second half of my post. If the father really wanted him to stop he could've done it without emotionally damaging the child along with the risk of just having him be a closet cross dresser. There is tons of evidence on why this is a bad parenting style, the entire issue of teen pregnancy is one caused by this kind of parenting, this is taught in basic college psychology, and everyone has some form of anecdotal evidence proving this fact.

Ignoring the fact that there is nothing wrong with wearing the clothes of the opposite gender. The father could have just as easily just sat him down and calmly told him what he was doing, why it would be a problem, and explain the risks of what he's doing for his age. He could have also just waited it out because he's fucking FOUR, he is more than likely going to grow out of it as soon as he enters the "Girls have cooties" stage which is real soon.

I realize both are family to you, but objectively the father is doing way more damage and has no idea what he's doing.

actually 100% the right thing to do

he shouldnt be stealing and wearing women's underwear

no you actually dont know what youre talking about

yeah there are traumatising ways to teach your kids lessons and that wasnt one of them. trust me ive had a few of my own.

but he didnt "damage" the kid at all. he explained to him what he did was wrong and when it was all over the kid genuinely apologised, gave his father a hug and said "i love you dad". 100% good parenting.

fuck you. dont pretend you were there because youre fucked up and want to justify your degeneracy through my nephew.

You have a real problem with conveying information through text.

He knows he can milk it for more attention if he never actually goes through with it
If that's what you think then I just wont talk about it again (even though I'm usually not who brings it up)

I just explained why it wont happen very succinctly anyway

Is your dick that small?
the question was how do you feel about it

but yeah I'd love my dick to be zero inches
class are actually gonna like try to transition to a female or are you just gonna spend your whole life wallowing in misery over the fact that you are a man
worst case scenario with option 1 I become a literal failed science experiment that would never pass, and makes everyone avert their eyes whenever they see it

worst case scenario with option 2 I'm depressed as usual and just end up killing myself

one is worse

Option one gets you dicked down by yours truly
