Zelda II was the Dark Souls of the NES.
The game wasn't bad--you're bad.

I'm dead serious, it's actually pretty great.
I can see why you wouldn't like the first one, even though that one isn't that bad either.
LttP was my first Zelda, I hated the first two when I was a kid and I've only gone back to the first one recently. I can't bring myself to replay the second one.

Link to the past is my favorite, I've beaten it dozens of times.
Looking back wind waker is probably my second favorite followed by MM and OoT.

I know it's the typical answer, but for me, it really is my favorite. OoT. No game has ever made me feel the way OoT has. In fact, I wouldn't even put any games in a list with it that have come out in the past 10 years or so. No game has come close to it, or other games near its time. I know a lot of people don't like The Witcher 3. But now that I think about it, I would put that up there with OoT. TW3 was the best game I have played in years.

I don't know if you remember the XIM3 scourge in CoD from last gen, but having a repeat of that isn't good for anyone.
The thing is, the input lag on those converters is something awful from what I hear.
Got to mess around with my buddy's, there's next to no latency. It's seriously unfair.

Friends, if you have yet to start playing I suggest setting the brightness real low on your first run. Running through the game with the brightness up kills a lot of the atmosphere.

Never play fighting games online. Competitions are fine because they remove the broken op shit, but never play them online.
There's nothing more infuriating than losing to some scrub spamming the same unblockable move and cheating his way to victory.
Other than fighting games I'm usually alright, never cared much for k/d in fps and I usually have a good time.

Life in general is pretty simple once you're ok with being alone. Having someone to share things with is excellent but it's not necessary for a happy life. I spent years wasting time with girls I was only attracted to physically just because I didn't want to be alone. Those relationships never work out because they get stale. It's worth waiting for someone you connect with on a deeper level than just physical. Keep a core group of friends that you see or talk to almost every day and build upon that group. There's a good five or six people that are lifelong friends of mine that I would take a bullet for, and probably another 15 or so that I hang with regularly. The most important thing in life is to be selfish. A lot of people are scared to ask for what they want, they don't want to hurt another person's feelings or ruin what they already have. No one else is going to get what you want for you, that's up to you. Look at your life now and take stock of what you think will make you happy. Actively pursue those things and when you have them take stock again. Eventually you'll be right where you want to be.
