Well, you know that's not true, so I don't even know why you'd say that. You really can't think of a situation where you'd look something up--like the brand name for some product you've never heard of--learn that it's not for you, and then move on and forget about it? I do that shit all the time.
But it would focus more on the heavily searched options rather than the one off thing. Just because you search "Pikachu" once it doesn't mean it'll cater to that over the 10+ times you might have searched "Solid Snake" or something related to it. I think that's what Cheat is getting at.
Aye. Obviously it wouldn't carry the same weight as like several sessions on searching for some really specific hardcore porn on a weekly basis, but you did search for it and it is obvious you are interested in it enough to search for it, and that's all they care about.

The nice thing about having a Galaxy Note phone is that I can get around this... oversight... with my stylus. But yeah pretty shitty design decision on Isara's part.
Who the fuck puts a hover jscript on mobile.
...I thought it was a :hover CSS effect.

Ads are super specific. They just aren't complicated. The provider looks at your history, compares it with other people's online purchases who share the same or similar search history, and then provides you with ads for products people with similar history have a trend of buying.
that's fantastic
just one problem: not once have i seen an advertisement on this website for a product that i would personally buy
so you can say that they're "super" specific, but that's a bit of a joke, because in my case, they couldn't be less specific
this is what i mean by specific, cheat: specifically catered to a person's interests, which cannot happen, because we're not always searching for things with the intent to buy some product, ie. just because you looked up what a "pikachu" was, doesn't mean you have any interest in Pokémon, but you might see Pokémon ads anyway
...so because it's not fetching you relevant results, it's the same for everyone? You do realize that this kind of data mining is pretty big business and is, more often than not, a very useful tool for online businesses? And yes, if you look up "Pikachu", that does mean you do have some sort of interest with Pokemon. It takes all of your search history into account (that it can).

Of course you don't, because you don't know anything about trans people. i know more about transfolk than you do
what i'm saying, because--again--you're too much of a wash-out to fucking understand it, even if i increase the font size to 36 to assist your stupid ass--it's very simple
advertisements are not that specific--charlie is not transgender, and there could be any number of explanations for this
this is the third time i'm explaining this, and i won't do it again, so if you're still confused, you're out of luck--try laying off the dope
Ads are super specific. They just aren't complicated. The provider looks at your history, compares it with other people's online purchases who share the same or similar search history, and then provides you with ads for products people with similar history have a trend of buying. Can't belive we are even arguing about this TBH. It's a simple predictive algorithm.

Charlie, you know the ad provider uses your browsing habits when deciding on which ad to fetch, right?
Cheat, if I had known what a shit show this would have turned into, I wouldn't have done this troll thread. I know the ads are decided on our cookies. I honestly didn't expect a tranny hatefest
"troll thread" Suuuuuuuuure...

Yeah...it's not the best UI decision.
Isara (I think) and I are in the early early stages of a redesign, so that will be fixed in another decade or so.

I'm always on the front page, and I get audio ads all the time. Do you want me to start reporting all of them? There's all sorts.
Yes please. You can always just let them know yourself as well. Their support email is: publishersupport [at] sovrn [dot] com

60 to 65 is best temperature.
I like fall and winter and probably hate spring the most, since that's when it is super humid around here right after months of cool temperatures. It sucks.

A score like that is expecting from someone who rides Marvel's dick on this forum
I would rate it somewhere between a 4.5 and a 5 out of 10, so IMO he's not wrong. The plot seemed...lost(?) at times and there were too many characters (half of which were stupid and could have been left out). The antagonists were meh and their motivations weren't really believable. Joker seemed to be there because reasons. They could have left him in the flashbacks/backstory of Harley Quinn and the plot would have probably been a lot more focused on the shitty bad guy. The movie plays like it went through editing hell (which it did). They did play a lot of good music throughout the movie, though (almost too many, actually; the 'cool' parts were made a little less cool since they decided to play iconic songs basically during every scene change). But yeah, it's better than BvS. I would suggest seeing it if you care at all about the DC Universe these guys are trying to pull off, but it's kind of a crappy movie as a standalone film.
