As some have said, it's easy to circumvent IP bans. His two accounts didn't match anyone's IP here, and neither did his host names.

Just got a template error a few times.
More specifically a template parse error.
I'm installing something cool. It got a little slippery at the end but I tamed the beast.
Still putting up a fight it seems.
I ran into all sorts of trouble trying to animate, must be more when it comes to websites.
It's this stupid Like system that puts a bunch of strange shit places I don't want by default. Then I have to go sift for the code for them and remove them, but sometimes I miss a quote or a semicolon and well...the forum has a fit. I think it's all done, though. Apart from the color of the like box it should be functional.

You'd have to do that with your own BBcode, like this:

It's basically impossible for this place to get nuked. Cheat himself would have to do it, but he's a pretty level headed guy.
What if he isn't able to afford the hosting at some point? That's the only situation that I can think of that will get this forum delete.
Several other sites I host for a fee are on the server already, so that takes away a sizable chunk of the cost out. If worst comes to worst, you'll have to deal with ads and maybe a day or two offline forum if I need to change hosts.
