How do people pay with cards at nice restaurants then? Y'know, not places where you swipe your own card like a neanderthal?
You go up, order your food, put your card into the reader, key in your PIN number, remove your card, go sit down and wait for your meal.
Sounds a bit like Hardees over here, and we definitely don't tip them for their service (at least I don't think that's a thing).

I dunno if I want to play this anymore or not. I think playing through the campaign of every Halo game with someone would be more fun.
Yeah, I'm probably going to play through the entire campaign first before doing multiplayer. That's the way I've always done it.

You got blocked by the Prefix cap. Your Trust score is good, but you are lacking in either post count or positive trust (or a combination).

I think we missed a nameplate poll .-. or are we skipping it this week because of Anarchy weekend?
Imma be real...I completely forgot. But there weren't a whole lot of new nameplates, either, and the custom plates are more fun to play with.

Why not just make it like
A flock of cute penguins
I'd be in favor of this.

I hereby declare myself "That one asshole in the Banshee."
You son of a bitch
Personally I'm amazed that after what? Three, four years of not touching Halo 3, I can still fly as well as I did. I mean what the fuck, how many times did I avoid getting lasered when I dropped one of you and you all kept dashing over there to pick it up again? I count 6 times you guys tried.
I still got the touch!
Your connection was incredible, too.

Gojira is the one who you referred. As of yet there's not a display for referrals; I'd have to check the database for you.
In the future, maybe.
Wait are referrals good or bad?
Neutral for now, but they could be used for something positive in the future. Right now they're just sitting there collecting data on who you bring into the forum.
Oh I thought they were a warning system that a ninja issues, like referrals you get in school.
Nevermind thanks for the clarification.
Referrals were a bad thing in your school? WTF. No. Referral, as in you recruited someone.

UPDATED FURTHER
The rating system now takes your time online into account. Actively browsing the forums will earn you Trust, regardless of ratings by other members.
It is now entirely possible to go through the Prefixes without being rated at all (though it would take a really long time).

How does one gain access to anarchy? I get an error every time I try.
You have to have 25 posts at least, I believe.
Yes. Once you become a Member at 25 posts, you can see and post in the Anarchy board.

Are Mentors the new Recon on Bungie or something?
I'd be impressed if a Ninja or Bungie employee joined, though.

It's not really a huge thing over in britbongistan <.<
Waiting staff get paid minimum wage plus tips. So the tips have to be earned over here <.< It's not like they have to jump through hoops for our amusement though, just being polite and attentive is all that's needed to get a tip >.>
It's certainly one of the reasons why I'm cautious about ever going to Amurika; apart from being groped by the TSA, shot in the street by the police or being suffocated by a bloater on a bus ._. From the way I hear it, if you don't tip in the USA that's the social equivalent of taking a piss on the table in the restaurant .-.
They seriously throw a fit about it; I've seen a server freak out when a customer at another table left her like $0.50. It's one of the reasons I don't play ball and leave a buck or two.

I shall be able to join at the stated time, but I probably won't be able to talk much after an hour (being 1AM and all that).
That's fine. I'm probably going to have to take breaks every so often as well.

25 codes to redeem as well. 6 emblems, 2 shaders and the rest are grimoire cards youll have to dive feet first into #destiny for those, though
Damn, that Mythic emblem is pretty cool. Too bad I was only Legendary.

I have a feeling I will never get back to Mythic because people will forget where the voting things are.
...You guys will most likely get there, so please quit bitching about it. This is why people consider the ranks a circle jerk, after all.
>.> Still. Her point stands.
And my point still stands, especially since the system is practically catering to you guys and your precious Mythic title. As it's been said, with a high post count, you'll get there before anyone else will. You will become practically immune to downvotes.
So please, stop complaining about rank. It's not even a big deal.
I'm not complaining. We're just saying that thee trust bars are hidden now. People will now forget about the feature rendering it useless....
It's not needed to rank up in Prefix anymore if you have a long rating history and post often. And the red button is hidden as well, so it's just as inconvenient to down vote someone now.
Ok >.> That makes sense. I guess seeing as trust is getting (kinda) phased out?
Somewhat. It's more of adding another route to get high ratings. You can have high Trust or you can have low Trust but a large post count. Eventually I would like to do what Demonic suggested and add Trust for activity while taking it away for bans.

It just happened again right when I clicked on a forum post. It only seems to happen on this website as I did a lot of browsing earlier today without this site being open.
http://malwaretips.com/blogs/reimageplus-popup-virus/
I already thoroughly checked my computer for malware and there isn't any. Funnily enough, after reactivating adblock, I'm not getting these popups anymore.
Since it's only affecting you (and I have Adblock disabled as well) it would point to a hosts file hijack. I know you say that you checked your computer, but these things are unique (as far as I know) to you, so it is highly unlikely it is the forum and it certainly isn't Adsense (they prohibit popups of all kinds).
It isn't a hosts file issue and I've triple checked every running process. I'm positive it isn't me.
Just as I am reasonably sure it isn't the forum. Unless it affects another person I have to assume you're hijacked. Does this happen on other computers/devices and browsers?

EDIT: to be clear, I don't ever tip.
And you're called an asshole rightfully so. if you don't tip at the take-out counter or don't tip the guy at Wendy's, that's understandable.
if you don't tip someone who just waited on you for 30+ mins, you're a dick.
But that's their job to do so. How are these kinds of extra money helpful at all when the restaurant could do what every other business does and pay their workers for working?

Obligatory Reservoire Dogs Scene This has been a bit of a struggle between me and the rest of my family. I am convinced that I should only have to pay for what is on the receipt, while others (my grandmother especially) insist on taking the time and effort to whip out a calculator and figure out the correct percentage to give the server. I understand that in some places (probably all places) the servers are paid less than minimum wage and are expected to make up the rest on tips, but isn't that a kind of shitty and backwards thing to do? Why doesn't the business just pay the server a real wage and let the customers know that a tip isn't needed? I get called an asshole a lot when I refuse to pitch in on the tip, but I can't justify giving extra money to someone when they're already being paid—especially when it's practically blackmailed out of you. What do you think? EDIT: to be clear, I don't ever tip.

I wouldn't say by far. The first Thor and Iron Man 2/3 come to mind; I can never decide which Iron Man I like least.
The first Thor movie was amazing.
Meh. It didn't do a lot for me. The whole relationship thing between Thor and Jane was annoying, though that was only made worse in the second one. Loki was very cool, though; that was the first movie we saw him in and the actor is a perfect fit for the character.

We call these people "idiots".
lolnope
Guardians of the Galaxy is a fantastic movie. Hating on popular things that are actually good makes you cool though, right?
It was a good film but an average Marvel movie. I rated it at a B- since the bad guy acted and talked like he was straight out of a cliche 90's cartoon villain. I love the actor, but Lee Pace was shitty for that role.
Also, The Collector was wasted. He had more of an impact at the end of some Marvel movie that I can't remember now.
Thor: The Dark World
By far the worst Marvel movie.
