Yeah tbh I kinda regret going to college at all. It was a waste of time and money (for me and for the field I went into). I'm just glad I never shelled out the big bucks for a prestigious university or whatever.
My brother is in a PhD program and OMG I don't even want to think of all the money it's costing him.

I'm sure most of you have seen the NPC meme that's gained prominence lately, which is basically just the idea of a philosophical zombie that has been around for a long time, and it's mainly just used as a way to poke fun at people with ideas or interests someone doesn't like.
Something I've heard when people have discussed it, however, is the idea of an "inner voice," which is basically just a person's tendency to speak to themselves within their own mind when thinking. Apparently some people claim that they don't do this and it just sounds really strange to me.
Maybe it's because I'm an introverted person, but I'm constantly "talking" to myself in my head when I think about something. Do people really just not use at least some form of language in their mind to define concepts when they are contemplating something? I suppose it's entirely possible.
If I'm thinking about something regarding language like a movie quote, a book, preparing something I am about to say or write (like now) then I would say I have an inner voice. Typically, though, my thoughts are more like flashes of visual memory + emotions + some other random sense. When I think, it's more like some kind of simulation in my head. For instance: the apartment above me recently leaked a shit ton of water down into one of my walls and it is growing mold; it will need to be replaced. When I think about this, I don't think the words "water damage" or "mold", I imagine in my head the stains on the wall and the green bits of slime, where they are in my apartment, and get a feeling of dread as I imagine the stack of papers in my closet that has my insurance information on it. I can see myself on the phone, pacing around my apartment talking to someone about it and then I switch to a vision of repair guys moving around my washer / dryer so they can get at the warped wall. Through all that, I may hear English words for things I don't have a solid mental image of like "insurance", but it's a very minor part of it. On the regular, though, I don't tend to think in a language and I don't usually hear a mental "voice". Again, not saying I don't have one at all; I just only really hear it when I'm remembering something spoken or read or when I'm actively trying to prepare or think in English. Dunno if that makes sense or is much different from the norm.

I have the crack and the installer for CS6
CS6 at the time was $600, one time fee. Now Adobe is on Creative Cloud, you can't really buy the latest version of Photoshop. And CS6 now sells for like $1000 on 3rd party websites, its fucking stupid.
So I've been using its cracked .dll file for years now because paying Adobe a ridiculous amount of money for 1 program is stupid.

That's weird. Neither Krita or FireApaca have those issues for me. You think there may be an issue with your tablet driver? I've had issues before in Photoshop with both my Wacom and Ugee tablets similar to that and I had to uninstall and reinstall the latest driver to fix it.
I've reinstalled it already and it didn't fix anything. The problem with Krita is that there's just a giant lag on my brush cursor for whatever reason. I liked it more than FireAlpaca, but that program at least didn't muddy my work.
If you think you're gonna be using photoshop a lot more in the future then the sooner you become familiar with the program the better you will be down the road. It's up to you whether or not the monthly subscription is worth it. It's sad you can't just purchase CS6 or other older versions to keep. I only have it form my torrenting days years ago.

You can get a cracked CC version if you look for it. TBH if it was a one-time purchase I'd probably just go ahead and purchase it, but they want you to pay $30 / month!

Like... I want to continue it, but IDK about the long-term life of the game. IMO it might work better if it was maybe something like meme-centered, rather than relying on the inside jokes of a very small community.

Personally, I value my free time so much more than I do extra money. If you have a job already that you can live on and are accumulating money with, I'd absolutely pass on extra work (but again, that's just me).

I came into the series during Halo 2's reign, so whatever that is. I really, really enjoyed Halo 3's lifespan, as that was the game I sunk the most time into (it was literally an obsession) and all my friends were playing it too.
Huge fan of Halo 3: ODST's story. Liked Reach well enough. It was almost as enjoyable as 3 (multiplayer wise). Halo 4 was just OK, although I was actually better at this game than any other Halos. Halo 5 was kinda bad, apart from Warzone (which is great IMO). Its story is complete garbage.
