I requested the nameplate and it got approved, but every post I make in Anarchy has to be approved by a moderator. Any way to fix that?

Interesting. Can you post the URL it's listing inside of a code tag so I can take a look? I'm curious to know if this might be a false positive from putting the ad inside of an iframe.

You made a joke involving drama, Noelle, and how much money I make from the butthurt and activity. I told you that Anarchy creates a massive spike of activity pretty much every time it rolls around. The joke died down and then I think you might have made one more comment, but then it was dropped completely. It wasn't a big deal, but it was out of the blue and seemed like you were trying to force the topic.

It is already out? I hate when they split the last movie into two parts just so they can milk more fucking money out of it.
So you would rather watch it for 5 or 6 hours in the fucking theater, hahahahah yea fuck that, there's a reason why all movies have two be one or two hours, it can be bullshit to cut out some things in the book i can understand that, still i would not waist my time to watch a fucking movie that long, 1 or 2 hours seems reasonable.
I did not say anything about watching a movie for five to six hours, because that is unneeded. They split the films into two parts to milk the fuck out of it.
I always wondered why hardly anyone complains when studios do this kind of thing. Why not offer a 2-3 dollar discount on the tickets or something for split movies?

 It's that time again, and this time we're not having a Penguin Party... Yep. We're trying this Anarchy thing again with a few guidelines. Below are said guidelines: 1. Nothing illegal is to be posted. Keep in mind that if you're a minor, you may not post a picture that could get you or another user into trouble. Our servers operate in the United States, so laws may be different where you are located.
2. No loli porn. It's a grey area and we're not going to allow it.
3. Content will stay contained within the Anarchy board. Any spillage into the mains will be subject to moderation. If you bitch or bring shit up in the mains, you'll get a multi-day ban.
4. Revealing the identities of anonymous individuals will earn you a perma-ban. This applies to staff and those of you who may be able to see a user's ID through an alert system oversight. Guesswork will not earn you a ban; this only applies to those who unquestionably know who an individual is.
5. If you break the forum layout by creating a topic title with a long word, the title may be changed or the thread may be locked. Topics from the last Penguin Party will be conserved when the board opens. Apart from the above rules, you are free to post absolutely anything. To enter Anarchy when it opens, you must have the Beyond the Sea nameplate in your inventory. Starting from now until Midnight this nameplate will be freely available. Probably to do with the internet connection or the computer being slow.
I've had the same problem with websites during those times.
It is an issue with Chrome. Last night I was on skype with Latsu and he was trying to walk me through fixing it, because Chrome would not load any tabs at all, then I could not even open it. Now I am able to open it but this site is all fucked up. Kinda sucks because I hate using Firefox 
Oh well.
From the image I can tell that you're failing to load the linked style sheets. The styling that's written on the template files (logo, banner, top bar) is still intact but the other elements are broken.
