Ok cool!
Here you go (extra large so you can resize it for whatever): I suggest adding a very slight shadow behind it to make it stand out on a background. See the podcast image for reference.

Check out the new channel art and logo! Do you approve?
I'll get you the new logo for you to use, since that's what it's going to be pretty soon and it would look nicer.

Can't copy and paste from the Avast thing.

Pro tip: that URL isn't the advertisement. The malware warning is coming from the image posted in that thread.
LOCKITLOCKITLOCKIT
There's nothing wrong with the picture... Avast seems to hate this site, though.

Same is happening to me. It worked fine in Anarchy while it was open but everywhere else it's all screwed up. I'm wondering if it has any correlation to the ads since Anarchy was the one place that didn't have them.
Android Galaxy Note II
No, it has to do with the browser/mobile device freaking the fuck out when you focus on an element (when you click the text area). The fix for it is simply removing the menu when you focus, since mobile browsers still have trouble with fixed positioning. EDIT: The second image you linked, is that occurring when you focus on the textarea?

half the time when I type, the top banner (the logo, notifications, pm, search) magically teleports down and blocks out where I would be typing, which is extremely frustrating.
What device/browser are you using?
iPhone 5s with ios8
Google chrome
It's actually a problem with the browser itself making the fixed elements bug out. I've found a workaround for it, but it may take some time to implement.

So I've been using adblock here for the past weeks (for obvious reasons), and after reading about the sandboxed iframes, I just now turned it and Disconnect off. Not even five minutes later, a new tab opens up to this site:
http://sponsor.adverstitial.com/view/advertisement?loc=56753&adv=3148797&camp=717206&w=728&h=90&rnd=7686252381372767447 What gives?
How odd. What browser (and version) are you using? The iframe doesn't allow redirects in the parent window, nor does it allow popups. If this is happening, I would wager either your browser doesn't support the sandbox attribute or you have some kind of infection on your computer already. Make sure you enter your info in the pinned thread so I can show Sovrn. I'll also start looking for another advertiser, but we may have to look into donations at this point because a few of you guys can't catch a break with these...

Isn't there some movement to get the T out of LGBT?
Makes sense. Otherwise you'd eventually end up with something like LGBTIDKWTFBBQ.
Well, the full acronym is LGBTTQQIIAA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transexual, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Intergender, Asexual, & Allies).
Please tell me you had to look that up...
Only for the rest >.> I knew the LGBTQ part already
Brah, I don't even bother to remember the Q.
Some of those are derogatory terms, why do they include those? Well, everything after and including the Q
It's not queer as in faggot, but queer as in genderqueer, which I completely forget the meaning of because it's some bullshit special snowflake shit.
ooooh, gotcha. So its kinda pointless really?
Everything after T is, IMO. Sorry, Cheat.
Like I give a fuck.

They should make it LGBT 2Q 2I 2A 2 and simplify the whole thing.

It plays a part in history, so it should stay there or in a specialized class for world religions. Mythology definitely shouldn't be included in a science class, though.

I requested the nameplate, can I haz now?
There is nothing worthwhile in there to be honest.
Agreed. This time there wasn't much porn being posted.
That's because they probably ran out of porn to put in there from the previous Anarchy Weekends.

It's curious that you two are getting the same message and you're both using Avast; it makes me slightly suspect a super-sensitive false positive going on. A scan of the site reveals no infections. Just to be clear: the sandboxed iframe I have encapsulated the advertisement in makes it impossible for it to hijack your browser and redirect the page. I'll submit a report to Sovrn, regardless.

I just got this URL pop up from Avast saying it's malware or something.
http ://log.dmtry.com/liveramp
Spaced it, so nobody can accidentally click.
Just making sure: the popup was a legitimate warning from your antivirus and not a popup ad, right?

That remains to be seen. It's only been a day since it closed, so I'm un-eagerly awaiting buthurt and spillage into the mains.
Hopefully it can stay, though.

I know this may be a beaten horse, but is there any plans of implementing the group function that was the lifeblood of the Bungie forums and help kept it running especially during the darkness?
Honestly i feel like the private groups function can help bring more people in and allow people surround themselves with whatever or whoever they want. It could even bring a flood of more users from former Saphire members to maybe some TFS members. And yes although some of you have hatred for them, but their addition could help bring some extra visitation or newcomers to the site. Not only that maybe the ads can finally become better due to higher visitation leading to us having a better ad and less virus spams. After all with more visitation there is more worth to getting ads on this site than before.
Anyway i know this is just a stupid rant, but is there any plans for groups to be implemented and if so is there a time frame when such a addition shall be made?
This was always part of my master plan, right before crashing this plane with no survivors.
/bane
So yeah, once we have the new theme up and running and I've collected a couple monthsworth of ad money, I can get started putting in groups.
How would moderation be handled in groups?
You can see the package I'll be installing here: http://www.smfpacks.com/page/sa=sg
It would be up to the "owner" of the group how they would moderate the forum. I'm not positive there can be additional mods, but I'll definitely look into it.
And if this package turns out to suck, I can always try my hand at putting together something by myself (but that would suck).
Just wondering. How would you handle groups that allow stuff that's usually rule breaking?
It would be Anarchy rules as far as I'm concerned. Nothing illegal.
Wouldn't that run the real Anarchy though if there's groups that are just 24/7 Anarchy?
We'd keep the exclusive gimmicks (anonymous, custom options, etc.) and probably add a few more to keep people interested, but yeah, that population would probably take a hit. But we'd have more people on the site all the time, so I think it would be kinda a good thing. And maybe if private groups take off, there would be no need for the monthly Anarchy at all.
