That's not even the issue. There are mods here for a reason; you don't get off the hook because someone else started it. If you participate and perpetuate the problem, then you're subject to moderation as well.

There's no point in even arguing because I'm the only one who's abused by the system. I never spam yet all the spammers don't get the down votes I get. I don't go on giant insulting rants (I return fire but I never shoot first) but they never get the down votes I get.
This thread for example. Out of no where Rocketman and Nexus try and start an argument, literally out of no where, and then all of a sudden like three or four other people try and hop on the hate traint. Now I'm honestly not bothered by their insults, the majority of these people are losers but the point is that they have been abusing the trust system as another outlet to harass me.
Karma (good or bad) doesn't come from breaking the rules. It's more of the community's view and ranking of you in comparison to the rest. If your trust/karma is low, that means the community doesn't approve of your posts in general. I don't see how this is a bad thing. Look at you: you're still Heroic. You're not ranked all the way down but you're also not as high as you could be, which is the system working as designed. You would have had an argument a few months ago, when the trust system was still unstable, but it's pretty damn accurate now.

Pro tip: upvotes get you there faster too. It's possible to rank up without them, but it's like grinding in Destiny. A very slow process.

I upped it to 25, which is the most I'm comfortable with. You'll just have to slow down your PM rate. And this would be so much easier if there were private groups.

How about doing this for pinned topics and allowing us to save threads?
Uh, no offense, but...eww. Pinned threads will likely go on the right, but inside the container. Bookmarked threads (if I ever get it working) will stay within your profile. They're easier to manage there and it keeps the rest of the forum look nice and neat.
