Strange. I've had an iPhone since the 3G and haven't had any issues with them apart from a defective battery in the iPhone 5.
Well... I was stupid enough to attempt a downgrade at 8.1.2 the last minute yesterday because I was having issues with 8.1.3. It's no longer signed as of today. Doing that downgrade via iTunes fucked something up and I have no way to reverse it. :/
Restore it.
