I'm fine with this. The gba4ios emulator kicks ass on the iPhone for playing Pokemon ROMs, so I would expect this thing to work the same or better.
>Thinking it'll be the same as an emulation.

Nah, I have a feeling it'll just be a subscription service to play the old games. But I do see the danger with any new titles that come out on mobile.

You are, all of you, vermin. Cowering in the flood, thinking... what, I wonder? That you might escape the coming ban? No. Your titlebar will burn until its surface is but ash! And not even your Decimator will live to creep, blackened, from its hole to mar the reflection of our passage; the culmination of our Memes. For your lite-ban is the will of the gods! And I...I am their instrument!

I saw it before. I didn't care.

I hid the Illuminati in one of my banner designs for the flood hoping it would get picked. Never happened.
I still haven't looked at those because I've been busy. :o

Bullshit.

You pulled a J.J Jameson and called all of them crap. I know you did.

YouTube

They're still sitting in HQ, actually. I've been busy taking apart phones.

Spoiler
Seriously, my brother walked in on me while my entire desk was scattered with metal pieces, wires, a logic board, and several different iPhone components while I was screwdriver-deep in one of the midframes and he said "It's like walking in on Tony Stark or something in here with those parts everywhere."

Well with Skype and the B.lind group, it shouldn't be too hard to pass along information if the site goes down unexpectedly for maintenence (or if our host is a dick again).

Supernatural
NO

FUCK YOU
It should have ended after season 5. That was the end of the gigantic arc and everything after it has seemed like a parody of the original half.

Probably would take a lot of coding to make it work, so I can see why. I mean Spartan Ops doesn't even have matchmaking support in the MCC.

Coding? It's simple. All that's required is to port all the .xex files over. Either way if they're doing the campaign, they can just as easily do firefight since firefight is made with the Halo 3 campaign engine and not the multiplayer engine.

Edit: Coding isn't really the problem half the time, it could be pathways too, if one pathway is wrong the whole game could come to a complete halt.

I redacted my previous statement as it was more of an educated guess, I wouldn't know this process unless I was doing it myself, but I'm sure that writing new code isn't really what the problem is, it's perhaps another limitation within the engine.
It's not that simple. Just because it's the same company doesn't mean you can just drag and drop the game files onto a new system and expect it to work. The console has to bend over backwards trying to emulate the old architecture, and even then, there are bound to be bugs in the emulation just because of the hardware difference.

This wasn't a problem overall for Xbox games ported to the 360, since an emulator was pretty much included. The XBO has zero backwards compatibility with the 360, so figuring out how to go about emulating the 360 environment would be quite a challenge, I would imagine.

I'm not so sure this thread is suited for Serious... I'm moving it to Flood, but if you'd like to make a case, OP, then PM me.

The Flood / Re: How much life do you think Sep7agon has left?
« on: March 15, 2015, 11:51:41 AM »
whats happened now?
Nothing. It's just people always tell me Sep7agon is nothing but a place full of drama and shitposting and that it's most likely going to die. I disagree.
The new policy of hitting repeats offenders with heavy bans seems to have helped alleviate some of the drama, so hopefully the hearsay about this place will change.

Didn't even realise we could have custom titles. How do you get them?

I'm already a special snowflake though, so I'm not too bothered.
You unlock it when you get to Mythic++, or the one right above Mythic.
Am I close?
Umm...no.

Links are nice.

They've attacked Baghdad before with car bombs and mortars. They've also lost 25% of the territory they once had, and are currently losing Tikrit. They're getting desperate.
I'd also like to see some sort of reference.

Not sure how you managed that, what steps did you take? Just opened Sep7agon at random and it happened?

The icons look horrible...
I've had it happen before on my iPhone. The plus sign for spoilers got replaced with the mobile ban icon and stuck around until I cleared my browsing cache and temp Internet stuff. I haven't been able to replicate it since, but it is a thing that happens on some mobile devices.

It's something that you have to shitpost toward and it isn't something easily attained for good reason: it's the last prefix.
FTFY
The post requirements aren't that bad.
Which is what above 10,000 or 15,000 posts? If that's the case then yes, yes that is bad. Unless you no life this site everyday or just shit post in every thread you see no one that has a job or a social life is going to reach the post count for a few years.
That's the point. Jeez, it's not supposed to be quick to get to and you have to spend time here to get it.

And as I've said: they don't affect your posting privileges at all and are purely cosmetic, so don't worry so much about it. If you stick around, you'll rank up easily.

Upvoted for taking a warning for the team. Keep it up, sport.

I've noticed it's not as frantic, I suppose. There are fewer angry people and there hasn't been drama for a while. Sounds good to me. :)
Drama and hate is what keeps this place running
I'd rather it be a bit more slow than openly vicious; but that's just like, my opinion, man.
