Dark Souls 3 is the worst game in the series. That's it, really.
Quote from: Bonewheel Barry on December 08, 2016, 02:08:31 PMDark Souls 3 is the worst game in the series. That's it, really.it's the worst in the series because it's derivative?because that is consistently the only complaint i've ever hear about it--"too much like dark souls 1"is that what qualifies as "worst in the series" now?
I love and enjoy DS1 too much to bother with the others. I've played them but I put them down rather quickly after like an 1 hour or so, the first is too perfect to ruin with sub standard sequels
The game is finished DLC isn't going to fix anything either I'm so done with dark souls and 3 just left a bad taste for my end to the series

DS1 fails horribly once you get the soul vessel. At least 2 and 3 are more consistent with their approach.
Speaking of Dks1 and the Lordvessel, were is Verb in it at this point? He was at OnS while I was still stuck on Capra. At this point iv'e beaten Seath

I'll talk more about it in my thread whenever I decide to write another update.I'm officially in the dreaded second half, so I'm eager to see what everyone hates about it so much.
Do people tend to hate the second half? Lost Izalith and Demon Ruins are my favorite in the game. It's really awe-inspiring to look up and think about the history of the place and what it means for the story. It gives me the same feeling as Ash Lake.

I won't let that hamper my expectations, but it seems to be a pretty common (if recent) sentiment.
