Cross-Network Gaming finally happening?

Microsoft has said there will be the option to restrict online play solely to your network (so, strictly XBL if you're on XB1, for example). So if people on console find playing against PC too hard they can opt out

I guess that's good.

Especially when it comes to FPS games, where PC gamers always have the Mouse + Keyboard advantage.

It's about time. When it comes to games with small populations on each system this is defiantly going to help them out. Also for game nights we are able to play with everybody that has the game so no one is left out.

Mhmm, the important thing about all this is simply that Microsoft are giving fans the choice, if XB1/PC cross-play becomes common that will only help bring people together.
