It's a standalone animated film. Not a comic (although it might be based on one).
Ultron is a better repesentation, IMO.I mean, his methods weren't exactly sound, but his motives were pretty spot-on.
Someone has to make a movie or some sort of literature where the antangonist is a bleeding-heart anti-natalist who just wants to sterilise the world.That would make for an extremely compelling villain and would push the anti-natalist ideal into the subconsious of the viewer, which can only be a good thing.
