It can also save people. Pretty much everything you do can kill you. Skydiving, mountain climbing, and driving your car can kill you.

It's really nothing to worry about unless you're stupid or doing hard stuff.

Well regardless of what you say it's emphatically more than simply happiness. My mindset becomes more contemplative and focused on specific things. tbh there isn't so much exaggerated euphoria as people like to go on about with me, however I am far less likely to get angry. Aside from emotions, there's also the whole body high, which is more a physically felt experience rather than a mental thing anyways, as well the whole alleviating nausea thing.
