My classes get cancelled all the time. We had a lot of rain a few weeks ago and they cancelled classes for two days, lol.Of course, we got let out of school for summer break and stuff a bit later, but it's worth it.
wind doesn't either, even though it can get pretty windy... school didn't even get canceled because of wind even when I was in middle school. My middle school was much higher up than my high school, in the mountains. the speed of the wind we got wasnt even funny, I remember it was windy as hell the same days science fair projects were due. as soon as I get off the bus, I see projects flying across the blacktop and into the neighboring softball field.
Where are you? We were going to get around much that tomorrow, but now it's calling for 5 cm and rain.

I visit Newfoundland from time to time.
Snow is something I experienced twice in my life.It snowed in my town in 1999 and I went outside with my brother to make a snowman. In the 4th grade on the way to Los Angeles with my grandparents, we stopped at a rest stop on the side of the freeway and I got out to go touch the snow.

I doubt it compares to the wind in Newfoundland.

Almost certainly we aren't having classes tomorrow. >.>
