And I took some pictures.
Lol I was just at the computer and I look up to see this iguana with the longest tail ever, just nibbling grass.

good question. Are the spines soft like cartilage or are they hard. I mean id poke it to find out but there's no way I'd step on it. That would hurt him. /:

If you're in Florida, that's common down south. Dumb ass pet owners freed a good number of them long ago.

What about a python? Have you been attacked by a giant python?

They're more common in the Everglades. I've only been bitten by snakes I've attempted to pick up.

i know right? I'm so glad I had my Canada charged and ready. My iPod takes clear pics but there's no zoom on it so those close ups wouldn't have been possible. It was something to just watch him eating the grass and nibbling it.

yeah, my friend was telling me that it's possible this could be a 2nd or 3rd generation of released iguanas. Which is pretty awesome to hear. It sounds like they're doing okay out here.

They're a bit invasive. Iguanas and boa constrictors both fuck up some of the wildlife around the Keys and Everglades.

Nah. I had a Chinese Water Dragon and over the course of his life his spines occasionally popped off from running around and shit or if the dead skin from shedding didn't fully come off of the spines. I tried to help him with the latter tho so it wouldn't happen
ahhhh okay. What was it like having a water dragon?

It's a bit of an infestation in some areas, yes.

He was chill and would climb up the curtains and take shits on people's shoulders.
hahahaha sounds like my kinda pet. It would be cool if he could shit when I told him to. Then I'd tell him to go get friendly with that person and shit on them.
