Europe is nowhere near on par with Afghanistan or Somalia in terms of shoot-ups and bombings. Should I be worried about visiting America because 9/11, Columbine, Sandy Hook, (enter the other shootings here that I've forgotten) happened? Hell even Northern Ireland is a safe place, despite the fact that there's still underground terrorist groups operating in the area (against each other), and everyone else is just bitter.

Also, I'm heading to France for New Years with literally zero fucks given about my chances of being bombed there. Security is going to be tight though.

I'd like to remind you that there has only been 353 mass shootings if you redefine mass shootings to mean a shooting where 4 or more people are at least wounded, not even killed just wounded. Calling that a mass shooting is a corruption of language itself.
