Curved sideways I mean. I lost about 1.5 inches in the past two years. I am scared as shit now. I have not had it diagnosed, but I hope I don't have scoliosis.

I already have an appt coming up. Thinking about it, this is probably a huge cause for my TMJ. The jaw muscles are connected to the back muscles.

Yeah, probably. I hope it can be fixed with a of a chiropractic touch or a brace. My cousin had scoliosis and she had to get surgery. Due to some complication, they had to wake her up in the middle of the surgery.....when her organs were out of her body...the pain killers did not numb everything. The thought of it horrifies me.

Thanks. Most likely it has to do with calcium intake. I am lactose intolerant and I am pretty stubborn about pills. Hopefully it is a problem easily rectified.

Over time it can cause a lot of muscle problems... which yes, can be pretty painful.
In early stages though it's completely unnoticeable.

One friend had it bad. His spine is not only crooked, it twists around as well, apparently. His back hurts him most of the time.
