I wonder when I'll be comfortable just calling myself vegetarian instead of  saying I'm eating vegetarian food.

I need to switch back to bird feed soon. I went at it for a while I was a full vegan for like over a year but I became stick thing and developed acute headaches so when I saw a doctor he said I should stop.

Interesting a friend of mine started the vegan challenge. He is well built but man does he need alot of protein. But vegetarian sounds more sane.

oh, im actually a little over 2 weeks into a vegetarian diet out of a month. its been a bit hell since im missing chicken on the daily. hows it going for you?

Fairly good. I miss chicken too, and salmon. I discovered this soybean based protein called "Oumph!", it's kind of like chicken. I think it's only on the Swedish market though.

it's lean meat so it doesn't spoil easily
