True say. Although I'm trying to make sure my caloric intake isn't due to just dirty calories, and I need to improve the speed of weight gain. I've been stuck at this weight for a while.

i've found that a good way to fit in meals during a busy day is by making a shake. for example, my shakes consist of 2 cups of whole milk, 2 scoops of chocolate plant-based protein powder (each scoop contains 18g of protein), 3 tbsp of peanut butter, 3 tbsp of hemp seeds, 1 cup of greek yogurt, and a banana all liquefied in a blender. it's a good amount of calories, proteins, and fats, all necessary for gaining size.

I sometimes supplement with whey, although I'm trying to diverge from shakes these days. Trying to just use only food and a shake for post workout. However if things get too busy that is a good alternative, especially with actual food ingredients.

Well obviously eat a lot, avoid cardio, and sleep a lot

But put on clean weight
No point in gaining all that weight of its just fat

Eat protein and lift heavy

There is no such thing as a "dirty" calorie. A calorie is a calorie.

You could live on a diet of twinkies and still lose weight. Or what I'd prefer, a diet of twinks.

I forgot about this thread. But yeah you're right a dirty calorie doesn't necessarily exist, but you can get calories from dirty food. Like I always factor in other things like carbs, fats, and proteins. But I'll still eat some sweets every now and then.
