I'm so tired of this shit. Music is alive and well. Want to listen to good music? Stop listening to Pop Top-40 stations and Best of the 90's stations. Turn off the fucking radio. Turn on your computer.


We live in a time when creating, recording, producing, and distributing your own music is easier and more affordable than ever before. Get off your lazy ass and go find some good music.

Consider a band you like.
Next, go to a site like last.fm and look up said band.
Then, consider the artists listed as similar artists.

Rinse. Repeat.

Alternatively, use an app on your phone like songza/spotify/google play music to create a radio station that will play music you might like based on what it already knows you like.

If you didn't take that out of context, you have seen I didn't say all of it was. Some bands do it good, but I'm on about those who have a bunch of people doing their music on a computer for them to 'sing' to yet get no credit whatsoever.
