my senior year of high school, a certain demographic of kids (guess) had such a big food fight in the cafeteria that it basically had to be quarantined, and security had to call the cops. It almost wouldn't surprise me if they wore riot gear.

A girl was caught masterbaring in the bathrooms by a teacher (she didnt shut the bathroom stall door), my friend got caught smoking weed in the choir room (idiot), and multiple of our pep day assemblies were cancled due to threats of kids fighting, bringing guns, bad behavior, etc.. A lot of inner Atlanta city kids were chartered to my school thanks to the mothers to mothers foundation. There were fights daily and my sophmore year high fiving was banned due to so much drug trafficking in my school halls. Yep another day in the life of an og.

None of this type of stuff happens at my school. We just have the occasional kid caught with drugs.

Oh, and a bomb threat as well.

Back in middle school, there was a sub that would make an entire classroom smell like something had died in there. I had him as a sub once and when class was over I ran immediately outside to get fresh air and get that putrid smell out of my nose.

There was a class next to mine that had him as a sub for a few months because that teacher was out for childbirth. I felt bad for all the students that had to endure that awful smell for months.

TBH it was always the black kids having fights and screaming at teachers and otherwise making scenes in the hallway during class hours, with the occasional white trash person associating with those types. Every grade would have 'those' kids. Would have been nice to have voluntary education, because they all hated school anyway, and wouldn't have shown up unless they had to. They all had this victimization complex that all white people are inherently racist, and that it was an act of racism any time a black person got booted off the entirely incompetent board of education. There was at least one school principle, as nice as they were, given their position not based on their competency *cough*

Speaking of middle school, this is another not-really disgusting story, but whatever:

There was this athletic white kid in orchestra who was mostly a douche to kids like me. I guess I got somewhat of a pass being first-chair and covering for his sorry ass. Anyway, a new student (guess what color) of a similar build comes to the school. Spends his first few days making a name for himself, in particular talking shit to this white kid.

It came to a boiling point during PE. (Mostly, PE was just shooting hoops, so kids could just sit on the bleachers and nobody gave a shit.) Soon after that last period they got physical. Whitey got BTFO'd and knocked to the ground, and colored new kid and an otherwise random black kid (much darker) kick whitey while he's down. They left him with a chipped tooth and bruised face. Last I saw that day was him being shoved into the main office by a friend.

I was always a bit torn by it, because on the one hand he got what was coming for him. But on the other hand I was a bit bothered by the seeming injustice of it--especially in this part of the state, it's a guarantee that the schools don't punish bullying like they should, and plenty of staff actually encourage it, so no kid ever gets their due except from another student.

Whitey was knocked down a peg, at least. Didn't talk half as much shit after that.
