Tofurky sandwiches, chickpea pasta, pbj sandwiches, veggie burgers and occassionally a bunch of eggs. throw in 2 cups of chocolate soy milk with each meal plus a few shots of protein powder a couple times a day and you're all set. i guess it's up to you to experiment, though. plus you're paying a guy to do all this for you so you're already 2 steps ahead.
