It can be as big or short as you like. Post which users you believe belong in each tier. I tried to include all the users in my list, so if you're not on there, you're simply not noteworthy.

So all the users that pass are equal to you, and all the users that fail are equal as well? I need a bit more levels of passing or failing, personally.

all the users that fail are irrelevant, the "pass" users vary, im just too lazy to organize them into a tier list because i love everyone equally

Like Oss said, there are members I notice and members I don't.
In the first category, there are people I like and people I don't, that sometimes shifts so I can't say for certain who's what tier.

So far everyone who's posted is in the green.

I meant that as in they are literally the only people I dislike. Everyone else I either like or I am neutral towards.
