But they don't have secret identities of any form! Nor do they have a large enough cast [Civil War was started so Marvel was oversaturated with character, right?]. And it's getting in the way of the Bucky vs. Steve deal...

Point taken, but i feel like protecting the rights of other superpower user becomes a big deal. Might become bigger as the series move into the 3rd movie. Hell there is a long way to go before Civil War, what with the rebuilding of the Shield Agency etc.

Also wonder if Deadpool will return to Marvel, cause they can use a different deadpool from the universe. They also need to introduce the Skrulls.
