In a bad mood for no good reason

Sometime I randomly get in moods where I am easily annoyed and angry, and I can tell I'm being unreasonable because I get bitter towards EVERYTHING

What do you usually do when you're in a bad mood?

I've noticed I'm not much of a patient person anymore. If something is annoying me, I'll say it's annoying.
So I expect to hurt some feelings soon.

Uh... Usually it's because I feel like I'm behind everyone socially and I'm not content with myself for that. Not much I can do about that though. I've found the my current friend group acts as an amazing safety net for when I am prone to getting in those situations.

You probably won't like what I'm about to say, but it may have something to do with playing with your hormones. Increasing your estrogen through softcore(so to speak) means like soy ect. is a recipe for depressed feelings and mood swings/being emotional.

Not sure if you're still doing that tho but just a thought
