So I think I have depression. But it’s in such a minute, insignificant way I didn’t feel justified in doing something about it until now. I am incapable of feeling joy. I can remember feeling it in the past but not replicate it. It really frustrates me when I’m aware of it but I forget it so much that it isn’t even scary to acknowledge the fact anymore. If I remember writing this I’m gonna speak to my therapist about it on Tuesday.

If this means you’ve been drinking, I’d recommend cutting it. For me, I’ve noticed a pretty big correlation between alcohol and “depression”. I don’t think I have clinical depression tho.

Ya, definitely more obvious and more of an issue than I initially thought, but I’m not too worried. It honestly feels like a change of schedule and sticking to basic plans - basically just acting like a neurotypical person - would be enough to get me out of the rut for good. on a few occasions. I have made peace with the possibility of losing control at high speed. My mum and I have swapped cars though, so I don’t see myself doing it in her car.

I just sit on my phone browsing whatever app all day and do nothing. I lost my old job from a 1 month license suspension for speeding and my other job is only during the middle 6 months of the year so I have nothing to do but job hunt, and I don’t even do that. I need to be more creative tbh

I legit quit mine because it was beginning to degrade my mental health. It was a shitty place to work to start with.
