You need to know about the meats made fresh in Mexico, and how their preparation differs from place to place. You need to know about the different things that are added from city to city within Mexico. You need to know the different types of tortillas, and how that affects the taste of the overall product. You need to know how to properly season in regards to the ingredients in the taco. I wouldn't expect the majority of people to take this into account.

So yea, enjoy your taco bell and your hard shell tacos made with sub par ingredients.
