Most of the shit in the Hobbit movies isn't even in the book, so I don't see how that's any better.

That book had too much content for one film, unless we go for the three hour special. However, I think it would have say nicely at two hours, as the made up shit is unnecessary.


Though I do love Bilbo and Smaug's interaction in the film, I'm glad they put that in.


As for Bombadil in the Fellowship, I am happy that was not added in. Three entire chapters jut listening to him sing and shit.
