This place used to be blocked by my college too.
But the blocking system they had was so restrictive it was causing massive problems with classes, so the scrapped it.

My college WiFi is pretty lenient. My work WiFi sucks though. When I'm working on the upper level warehouse I'm sitting down most of the time so I take my phone because the computer provided is very restrictive. I tried proxies, Vpn, but nothing

I think the school board has some sort of automated system. It's kind of stupid though, sometimes it will block websites that are actually useful for doing work.
