One of my best friends moved at the start of high school, though I still talk to her. I moved after high school, but I didn't know that everyone else moved until I had to move back and found that they were gone.

Nah. With social media I've kept in contact with the majority of people I've been in school with from K-12. It also helps growing up in a small town and having a graduating class of around 90.

Me and my brother lived around the corner from 2 brothers and a sister.
Of course, we'd have our neighborhood wars where it was me and him fighting the brothers.
But typically, we'd get along.

They eventually moved to Japan several years ago.
Next thing I know, they move back in about 4 years ago.

One of the brothers is going to College somewhere, the other is in jail (again),
and the sister is also going to college.

Sometimes, I'd rather not know what happened to these childhood friends.
Because usually its not something I can be proud of.

I know what happened to my old friends. They all do lot of drugs now, expect for two of them... One is hoping to become a pilot and the other is becoming a doctor.

Public highschool. We had a little under 2,800 students at my school. I live in a city with a lot of people and not enough highschools or schools in general.

My oldest friend is still my friend, he's an accountant now, living the $200,000+ a year dream.

all other good friends I knew from HS and earlier I've either fallen out of touch with, or they've passed at some point or another... a total of 20 people I knew relatively have passed, all either in accidents, suicide, or from an OD.

Jesus. I live in a small town (you could barely call it a fecking town...), and it's the only choice out of two schools in the area (~40 miles) that allow English speakers.
